It does dry bery well. Its not yhe product it was the service or lack there of.

Never again

Changed it out after 2 days purchase same issue with the 2nd unit. Geek squad came out and said it need a part? This product need a part with after a few use and it’s the 2nd one.

Don't do it.

Best Buy doesn't fix it, Samsung doesn't fix it, and I had to call another company from Samsung to come and check it out, and they still haven't fixed it. It's a hassle and a waste of time. Its being about 3 months. Not to mention I was waiting for it to arrive for more that 2 months.

Needs multiple cycles to dry….

Not so Smart

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Problem with this dryer versus the older ones is the most crucial one and that being that if the dryer leaves behind damped clothes it still tells itself that the load is dry. Because of this you end of not being able to run that some load for longer than 7 or 8 minutes. It’s ridiculous. The older dryers let you run the load until everything is dry but not the “smart” overpriced one.

Go get an LG, save hours, and get things dry.

Combine that with a super slow wash speed and it takes over 3 hours for one load to get done. I'm getting rid of it and switching to LG which is easier to use, faster, and overall a better piece of equipment.

Bad choice

Best Buy was quick to switch out for different machine but have same issue. Finally had to disconnect the hose for steam cleaner which was why we went with this model but still takes at least as long if not longer than my 15 yr old Whirlpool. Very bad choice for our household.

Dryer

Trash - avoid this

I’ve had this for less than 5 months and it’s broke (mind you I’ve probably done 2-3 loads a week max). Makes a great space filler if you have extra space and you want junk sitting around!

no power cord

Disappointed

The only cycle that lets you choose temperature and length of time is Timed Dry option. All other cycles are preset and cannot be changed. Also was told it was a stainless steel drum and it's plastic. Will go back to Maytag next time.

Got scammed by delivery and installation.

They dropped off the washer and dryer and left. I had to pay one delivery guy extra money just for him to finally finish it. I felt cheated and scammed. They had to reschedule everytime because they did not have the right electrical plug with them. Even after talking to scheduler that out it on the order to bring the plug. They did not and I hadn’t pay out of my pocket for some delivery guy to go grab and plug and had to tip him big for the work.

Broken sensor when delivered “new”

Something is wrong with the sensor now we have to go through Samsung since Best Buy won’t assist with repairing since they were out of stock and wouldn’t replace even though it was within the 15 days to report a issue… then wouldn’t allow to wait till the item was back in stock so it would match our washer.
