    Don’t buy Samsung! Appliance warranty not covered waiting 3 months get it fixed thru Samsung! Stay away!!! Don’t buy their junk!!!! I’m buying the parts to fix it after waiting 3 months for a repair that is warranted!!!!! Very Sad Company!!!

    Was very happy customer at first..but now i go to hook up dryer and to find out it doesn't come with power plug especially after spending the money for the dryer..now i have to search to find plug which is not easy so im usually a happy customer with samsung but not now..its like but a new car with no battery which makes no sense...totally unhappy

    I’d give it no stars if I could. It was dead on arrival. We needed to get a redelivery so we switched to an LG product instead. The LG was $100 cheaper and works great. Delivery guy told us it happens often with Samsung.

    Best Buy is terrible

    I’m sure the dryer is great but Best Buy is terrible! Dryer was damaged on arrival and they can’t seem to figure out how to get the replacement here. Best Buy is a joke! Do not buy from them, unless you want to have to talk to India for days.

    The steam doesn’t remove wrinkle so it says your clothes are dry when they’re not, but it will not run because it says they’re dry. What a huge, piece of garbage. The plastic, yes plastic, door has a big crack in it.

    The dryer stopped working in less than 6 weeks. The second person I talked to about replacing it was terrible and kept wanting to. Garage me additional fees to fix/replace

    Love the washer - hate the dryer!!!

    This is a replacement dryer for one that malfunctioned. I can only use the quick dry and timed dry settings to actually dry clothes. The other settings shut off as soon as it begins to heat. I am so disappointed!

    So disappointed i porches this item on November 12 and i received it on December 23 and when i did the purchase on bestbuy they Never told me that i had to buy the Cable cort really disappointed

    Don’t ever buy this dryer, or the washer that goes with it. I am a nurse, and when I just wash four pairs of scrubs and put them in the dryer and pull them out, they are all in twisted and tangled. I have to pull my clothes out, untangle them and put them back in. This is the worst set of washer and dryer I have ever purchased.

    The dryer tries to be smart and sense when items are dry, but it is usually inaccurate. Large items such as blankets, bedding or towels may require multiple cycles to completely dry. It will always stop after a few minutes because it thinks items are dry, but they are not. Get rid of the useless presets and let consumers choose settings like temperature and cycle time and don't let a poor sensor override the settings. Dryer, you had one job.....and you can't even do it

      It is important to fill the drum to about 3/4 full. Do not add items over this level as they need to tumble freely.

    Dryer sheets and thin fabrics get stuck under the plastic inside, under whete the lint tray is. The section that the lint tray slides into is very hard to clean and builds up fast. Sometimes have to run more than one cycle to dry the clothes. Wouldn’t recommend.
