    Not impressed with Ssmsung dryer

    After a week of usage we are not impressed. Do far we have had to redry almost every load of clothes. Today load of towels have been dried on heavy duty 3 times and still not dry. Not impressed with Samsung so far. Having to adjust my schedule next week gor repairman to come out.

    Drying sensor

    Beautiful dryer but it never dries on the first cycle. We’ve tried different drying options. Even on small loads we have a issue. Dryers sensor isn’t the best

    It’s ok. The pre programmed dry cycles do not provide enough flexibility. It’s over engineered. All the bells and whistles don’t make it perform any better.

    Seriously a terrible dryer. The first one had a bad bearing and was incredibly loud. It didn't dry the clothes AT ALL. The second one (that I exchanged for) makes a rattling sound every 10-15 seconds that is consistent for about 7-10 seconds. You can hear it on the other side of the house. What garbage for the price. I should have stuck with LG. I can't believe this is the crap that Samsung puts out.

    Worst dryer

    I would give this dryer zero stars if I could. My clothes are NEVER dry. I have to run it 3 times for one load, even with half a load. If it’s on the sensor dry- it’ll never dry and turns off. If it’s on timed dry with high heat- I have to run it multiple times.

    This product is the third time is exchange for defects. I was very upset because best buy should have advise me about electric vs gas, I had to pay $135 dollars extra for the exchange. I WILL NEVER BUY AT BEST BUY AGAIN!!!

    Horrible! This dryer has a sensor to determine if the clothes are dry. You cannot bypass this sensor and it will not dry clothes that are still wet when the sensor has determined (in error) that they're dry. We've had it for 2 1/2 months and it does this every load in every mode.

    Doesn’t Dry Clothes All the Way

    Too many safety features on these units that prevent the dryer from getting hot enough to actually dry loads. Wish I would have bought the cheapest and most basic dryer and washer without all the silly high tech safety features. Live and learn!

    If I could give this ZERO stars I would! The dryer was delivered and installed. As soon as they left, it started making a horrible noise! BB called me back to schedule a REPAIR! I told them that was not happening. Needless to say, a new one is being delivered tomorrow

    Do not buy! This dryer is horrible. Stops drying after 15 minutes on auto settings when closes are not dry. Tried timed dry for an hour and clothes still wet. Doesn’t dry and keeps bad odor even though steam option not used.

    Used it twice and already it won’t turn on. No issues with my washer, but now I’m trying to figure out why my dryer won’t turn on. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, still nothing. There were no power outages or anything so I’m annoyed at this point. It better be an easy fix especially because I just got it exactly two weeks ago.
