When i installed it was missing rear left adjustable foot. Call bestbuy help and spoke to someone i couldn't understand. After being on the phone for approximately 30 minutes, became very frustrated and hung up. Went to store and spoke to the manager and told him about everything. He had me another dryer delivered and the other picked up. Dryer works great after figuring out how to set the settings correctly.

Sometimes It dries sometimes it doesn’t even on the heavy setting. The smart detection doesnt detech dampess so I dont use the auto settings to avoid from not drying.

But we are starting out at three stars because of Samsung Smartthings. It's the first time I've purchased a "smart" anything from Samsung. Unlike all the other "smart" devices I've purchased, they willingly interface to other hubs. Not this washer/dyer combo. You have to use your phone (no web registration), and to use your phone you have to grant Samsung access to your precise location information. Samsung's reasoning is they want to see if I am home or not as a condition for some of their logic. Problem is, it isn't optional. You have to let them track your phone. I'm sure there are workarounds that require me to remember to take various precautions, such as shutting off the app when I leave the house and removing permission. In other words, I have to be careful to not let them track me. So I've bought my first and last Samsung appliance, and I deeply regret buying this one.

Our clothes have never come out so clean. The wifi-notification function is such a plus also. My clothes are always dry when the cycle is complete, I never have to re-assess and start an additional cycle. The only issue I have with the washer is that the drum sits very low, being 5'1" I need to retrieve smaller items out of the wash with salad tongs. I would recommend this set to anyone!

I bought two sets, one for each daughter and they don’t seems hot after 60 minutes of drying.. my old Samsung the load is dry and hot fresh of of dry in 60 minutes but these have to run an extra 20 minutes per load and don’t have that hot feel coming out.

The wireless connection doesn't interest me so I don't plan on using the feature. My only issue with this dryer is that when using the normal setting, heavier items in a load of laundry does not get fully dried. So I think the moisture sensor isn't perfect. I often have to separate the less dry items and start another cycle by themselves.
