We love our samsung dryer!! It was easy to hookup. We enjoy the sensor dry. Sometimes we want to dry the clothes again but not a full cycle and the dryer dectects that and will stop the clothes once they're fully dry.

I really like it. It has so many options for drying clothes as you needed. Hot to low setting on each option. Even air drying on cool air no heat. Thats the best for some clothes that doesn't need any heat .I really love it.

Thing is awesome, dyes in one cycle and handles a lot of clothes. Delivery service did dent the dryer so I am disappointed with that.

The Beat Buy technician who installed the dryer did so in such a way that the dryer door is blocked from opening by the closet door. He did not speak English - at all. I’ve been waiting over a week for Best Buy to send someone back out. None of this has to do with the dryer’s potential performance, but it has diminished my enjoyment of finally being able to replace the rusted out, hand-me-down machines I’ve had to use for 20 years.

The dryer is pretty amazing as it links with the Samsung smart app- the only downfall is if the wrinkle block is not on it will not dry the clothes totally as they might still be damp

Started out terrible,the moisture senor was not working,best buy sent out a new one (new one) had no problems since

I recived the item on April 22 and due to bad installation by Best Buy ( that i paid for ) unit start smelling like its burning. Called Samsung and they send me a technician who looked in to it and determined that cable behind the dryer was installed incorrectly by Best Buy team and due to loose wire unit got burned . Thx God my house didnt catch on fire . Waited for another week to get Best Buy technican to come and check and he told me the same thing. Some lady called me from Best Buy and said that she will need her manager to approve the replacement that she will call me back in 5 min and never called back . Thank you Best Buy .

We purchased the Samsung 7.4 Cu. Ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Steam Sanitize+ in Black as an open-box item from Best Buy and were told it was not a return, but later discovered it actually had been returned and already had a repair claim filed with Samsung. While that was frustrating at first, everything turned out well. Samsung handled the situation professionally. They quickly sent out a repair technician, and the issue was fixed without delay. Since the repair, the dryer has been working perfectly. As for the dryer itself, it’s excellent. The large capacity easily handles bulky loads, the Steam Sanitize+ feature is a great bonus, and it dries efficiently and quietly. The smart features are convenient, and the black finish looks sleek and modern. Despite the initial open-box confusion, the strong customer support and the quality of this dryer more than made up for it. Overall, very happy with the purchase and confident in the product moving forward.

Less than 3 months old and it quit working. Repair folks coming out to fix it and really hope it's under warranty. Uploading a picture of it not tumbling or drying clothes.
