Clothes tend to wrinkle, especially if you don’t take them out as soon as cycle finishes. Bought as a pair with new washer. Wish would have bought new washer but kept old dryer.

Its under warranty still but they have no one close that works on Samsungs therefore I had to wait for another call multiple days, stating that they would have to give a refund or replacement and it could take up to 8 weeks. 8 WEEKS without a dryer is crazy and inexcusable. I would never buy this product again!
