    Breakdown Repair delays

    Washer completely died after only using it for 10 loads and the lid was locked and I couldn’t get my wet towels out. Dealing with the delays of getting the repair has been very frustrating. Has been 20 days since placing the repair request order and the repair technician is finally coming today. Hopefully I will be able to wash my clothes in my own home after today rather than lugging everything to and from another house to get them done!

    This doesn’t dry the first time….it takes multiple cycles. We have called and they say make sure vent is clean - the vent is brand new. I do not recommend.

    This dryer has been nothing but problems shut down after 2 min when setting is set. Changed it out after 2 days purchase same issue with the 2nd unit. Geek squad came out and said it need a part? This product need a part with after a few use and it’s the 2nd one.

    Definitely do not recommend. I’ve had this for less than 5 months and it’s broke (mind you I’ve probably done 2-3 loads a week max). Makes a great space filler if you have extra space and you want junk sitting around!

    Unfortunately, is giving me issues. Doesn't finish any of the cycle. Best Buy doesn't fix it, Samsung doesn't fix it, and I had to call another company from Samsung to come and check it out, and they still haven't fixed it. It's a hassle and a waste of time. Its being about 3 months. Not to mention I was waiting for it to arrive for more that 2 months.

    Bad choice

    Very disappointed with inability to dry properly. Best Buy was quick to switch out for different machine but have same issue. Finally had to disconnect the hose for steam cleaner which was why we went with this model but still takes at least as long if not longer than my 15 yr old Whirlpool. Very bad choice for our household.

    Go get an LG, save hours, and get things dry.

    What a horrible dryer...it takes so long to dry the basic sheets or towels. Combine that with a super slow wash speed and it takes over 3 hours for one load to get done. I'm getting rid of it and switching to LG which is easier to use, faster, and overall a better piece of equipment.

    Not so Smart

    Problem with this dryer versus the older ones is the most crucial one and that being that if the dryer leaves behind damped clothes it still tells itself that the load is dry. Because of this you end of not being able to run that some load for longer than 7 or 8 minutes. It’s ridiculous. The older dryers let you run the load until everything is dry but not the “smart” overpriced one.

    I’m sure the dryer is great but Best Buy is terrible! Dryer was damaged on arrival and they can’t seem to figure out how to get the replacement here. Best Buy is a joke! Do not buy from them, unless you want to have to talk to India for days.

    Was very happy customer at first..but now i go to hook up dryer and to find out it doesn't come with power plug especially after spending the money for the dryer..now i have to search to find plug which is not easy so im usually a happy customer with samsung but not now..its like but a new car with no battery which makes no sense...totally unhappy

    Not Worth The Money

    Dryer sheets and thin fabrics get stuck under the plastic inside, under whete the lint tray is. The section that the lint tray slides into is very hard to clean and builds up fast. Sometimes have to run more than one cycle to dry the clothes. Wouldn’t recommend.
