Im ok with it.samsung needs to do better though on it not drying the clothes completely .iI noticed if i use any of the settings on the steam cycle side everything is still lightly damp no matter how many times I turn it on to dry. The sensor is saying its dry when its not. And even on the quick dry i noticed the clothes are still damp even when on for an hour. My comforter had to be dried 3 times at an hour each time to finally get it dry. Im starting to think somethings wrong with the dryer itself.

I had set without agitator but I just did not like the fact my clothes didn’t seem to get washed. Now this set is awesome. It it large enough for king size bedding.

It came out of the truck without any packaging. The delivery men didn't clean-up the area before installing the dryer and left a dead bird in between my dryer and washer. They threw the dryer instructions in my washer! Would no recommend purchasing this product from best buy!

Overall is works good and I would say I'm satisfied, although when drying heavy duty items, the sensor thinks they're dry even though they're still damp.
