They need some older folks in their design department at Samsung. The dries works beautifully. But, having poor eyesight it became sort of a joke. I could not turn it on. The control panel is dark gray. The lettering is gray. I cannot read a thing on that panel. Once someone turned it on for me, it was somewhat easier as it lights up and works just fine. I shopped for this online. If I could have seen it in the store, I would have chosen the next model up. Dries beautifully.

I bought this Dryer with what I guess is the equivalent Washer Machine. This is also SmartThings connected, having that for notifcations and changing the dryer settings from anyway is great - plus the Google Home integration. The dryer functionaly itself is overall great. Having the light inside the drum when you open the door is a nice touch for low light areas.

Lots of room to do a ton of laundry especially with 3 girls!

Excellent dryer, had to switch which way the door opens and it was extremely easy with the right tools. When dryer is done i get a notification on my Samsung tv which reminds me when to unload.

This is a great dryer! The capacity is perfect for what we need. Fits king sized bedding well! Happy with our purchase!

We purchased a Samsung as we have Samsung TV, washer, phones, and some other items. The dryer works good. However; it loud and sound like its grindind metal. Supposedly it's normal. Our matching Samsung washer always shuts down due to unbalanced load. You may say, your putting to much laundry in it. I say no. It doesn't matter if it's 3 towels or a load of jeans.

This dryer is perfect for my daughter and her family. They lead very busy lives and don't have time for lots of load of laundry. So the size of this makes it much easier for larger loads
