I love my washer & dryer! The guys who came & installed it did a great job & had it hooked up & ready to use very quickly. I’m very pleased with this purchase. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone.

I bought the washer and dryer about a year ago and they are the best I’ve had. I love that I can start a load or add time and see where it is all through the app. I’ve had zero issues with it and would highly recommend.

The guys who delivered our dryer really were a couple of the friendliest and helpful service individuals I’ve met. I’m also impressed with how much care they took to ensure everything was perfect before they left. All my appliances will now come from them in the future.

I never write reviews, however, I would like to point out that although this Samsung dryer looks great the performance doesn’t add up. There are so many drying options, cycles, etc. and the dryer NEVER fully dries clothes. There are no blocked vents, moisture sensor issues or anything like that it’s just none of the cycles actually fully dry your clothes. The only one that does is the manual times dry cycle. It’s the only cycle worth using. Do yourself a favor save the money. The bells and whistles are not worth it. Just buy a dryer that dries. Trust me I’ve been doing laundry for 30 years. This is the first dryer that shuts off on every cycle always leaving some damp clothes. It is not overfilled or dirty or anything like that. the product just continues to under perform. I guess I will continue to used time dry 60 minutes and live with it.

I really like this dryer! I love the steam feature! I'm not big on ironing my work clothes and it's great putting my clothes in there in the morning before I shower, and getting them out looking great!

Works great. Smart technology is excellent, as it reminds you when the cycle is complete. Self test at setup helped us realize our duct was 80% clogged and needed to be cleaned out.

This dryer works quickly without over drying clothes. I am amazed how quickly a load of laundry is done compared to my previous dryer. So many options, too, so good for clothes!

Does what it says on the tin. It was handy having the built in test to let us know the ducts needed cleaning out. That was neat. The singing it does when it's done doing it's cycle can go though. Again, still figuring out the "smart" bits. Was a bit bigger than I was expecting.

Love my dryer all the different settings. There is no need to use a iron cloth comes out with no wrinkle. It also has a steam setting to Sanitize it’s an awesome dryer.

Great dryer. Price was right, easy install, easy to clean.

So far it have been 3 months and it’s good! We haven’t had any issues yet.

I love my new dryer. Only thing I don’t like it’s that it takes longer to dry. And the eco always auto selects and if I forget to take it off, it doesn’t really dry much

I will say first that I do work in a doctors office. I love to know that I can sanitize my clothes. I have the washer that matches it. Could be happier with my decision to buy these two items.

Works great takes a hair bit longer to dry things but the convenience of telling you when it's done through your phone is awesome

I spent *months* researching my W/D purchase and this Samsubg set was the winner! Nothing gets clean in front loaders or agitator free top loaders. So, I went with this set and use deep fill and I agitate away. Out clothes, towels, and blamkets smell amazing agin!
