Great dryer, easily use and dries efficiently every time

I bought this Samsung dryer 2 weeks ago it’s already giving me problems.This dryer stops between circles. Sometimes I have to turn it back on after every 5 minutes. I will call the Samsung directly for this. I will update my review if the problem will be resolved. Thanks

I recived the item on April 22 and due to bad installation by Best Buy ( that i paid for ) unit start smelling like its burning. Called Samsung and they send me a technician who looked in to it and determined that cable behind the dryer was installed incorrectly by Best Buy team and due to loose wire unit got burned . Thx God my house didnt catch on fire . Waited for another week to get Best Buy technican to come and check and he told me the same thing. Some lady called me from Best Buy and said that she will need her manager to approve the replacement that she will call me back in 5 min and never called back . Thank you Best Buy .

Works great. I love the features I did put a clear vinyl protector on the top. I use the top to fold and such

Works as expected. No complaints yet. Delivery was messed up by Best Buy but nothing wrong with product.

Put a small hamper on the top and it scratched within one week of having it. Runs well and quite but should not scratch that easily

This dryer is amazing. The steam function sure makes it nice! It helps that it is the "mate" to our washer so the controls lay out are all almost the same except drying functions, of course. It also has the same helpful chimes that lets you know when it is done. We also like the fact that it will keep doing short cycles after the main cycle is finished until you can get to it.

I've done a lot of BestBay shopping recently buying a fridge, dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. Due to the ongoing remodeling, only now can I connect these devices. Unfortunately, the dryer was missing a leg, so I had to buy it. Now I see that apart from the connection to the steam sanitizer, there is no cable to connect to the electric mains. The set lacks information what does it get in the package? Only a dryer? I don't know if should buy a cable again or the cable disappeared like a dryer leg. Instead of enjoying the new dryer, I wonder what's going on? Please help.

Less than 3 months old and it quit working. Repair folks coming out to fix it and really hope it's under warranty. Uploading a picture of it not tumbling or drying clothes.

Piece of Junk! I bought the washer & dryer and the washer died in 17 months. Had Geek Squad extended warranty to replace so $260 later they are delivering a new one. Also you have to run the dryer twice to dry jeans/towels

Dryer works incredibly I also have the Matching washer and theyre signifcantly bigger than our previous one. And I love the smart things connections and the notifications it sends me on my phone and TV. It does what it's suppose to do and is super quiet. The security lock and internal night is a great feature. The Sense Dry is cool and makes sure the clothes get dry regardless of the timer. the color scheme is Dope.

We purchased the Samsung 7.4 Cu. Ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Steam Sanitize+ in Black as an open-box item from Best Buy and were told it was not a return, but later discovered it actually had been returned and already had a repair claim filed with Samsung. While that was frustrating at first, everything turned out well. Samsung handled the situation professionally. They quickly sent out a repair technician, and the issue was fixed without delay. Since the repair, the dryer has been working perfectly. As for the dryer itself, it’s excellent. The large capacity easily handles bulky loads, the Steam Sanitize+ feature is a great bonus, and it dries efficiently and quietly. The smart features are convenient, and the black finish looks sleek and modern. Despite the initial open-box confusion, the strong customer support and the quality of this dryer more than made up for it. Overall, very happy with the purchase and confident in the product moving forward.
