TotalTech is terrible, they tried to put the units in backward. I am still waiting to have the dryer vent tube fixed. I thought TotalTech would be like Geek Squad. I have talked with a number of people and still NOTHING!!

I never knew that I needed a steam dryer in my life, but having one now is a game changer. This dryer runs fairly quietly and does its job well. I do wish the light stayed on a little longer, when I'm emptying it, but getting it to come back on is as simple as shutting and reopening the door. The one thing we don't care much for is that, unless you put it on time drying, it uses a sensor to determine on the other cycles if the clothes are dry, and it doesn't do that very well. There have been times that it has signaled that it was finished, and the clothes were still sort of damp (mostly with heavy weight clothes, like jeans). If you turn the dryer back on, to finish drying the load, and you don't select a time dry selection, the dryer will only run for about another 10-15 minutes, once again sense that the clothes are "dry", and cut off again. Other than that minor irritation (which can be overridden by selecting time drying to finish out the dry), we are happy with our purchase. The color is gorgeous.

This dryer is one of the best I have ever owned. It has a large capacity, and dries very well when the correct drying option is selected. Highly recommended if you’re in the market for a new dryer and very affordable for what you are getting.

As a mildy average person standing 5 feet 5 inches, I have to be on my tippy toes to reach clothes from the bottom of the washer. It really is that deep. I love it bc it allows me to wash my comforter with out the machine being unbalanced and causing the washer to move around. Its quite enough that i dont hear it in my laundry room. Connecting to my smartphone and being able to start a load is cool feature. I am pleased with my purchase and recommend.
