I have spent more than I paid for this thing doing laundry at the laundry mat because it keeps breaking down. Everytime it was repaired I was told this is a common problem. Now I am at the end of my warranty best buy nor Samsung will accept a return on a product that is faulty. I will never purchase a Samsung product again

Inside drum is rubbing against the body of the dryer and when called to ask to See if it can be exchange for similar, we didn’t receive any recommendation.
