I would have given this 5 star but one minor issue. The machine has a system that does not fully dry out your clothes, which is great, except for big blankets. The blanket would twist up in the dryer and the center does not fully dry. And after the cycle when I adjust the blanket so the area not fully dry can, the machine won’t do it. It does not fully sense the damp area. But other than that, it is perfect.

I love this dryer. I have only had it for a week but I have done 4 loads of clothes. I still haven’t used all the features in it. Just a little advice…have Best Buy install it. Just pay the extra money.

Great dryer! I’ve had it for 5 months and it’s wonderful. Very easy to clean filter. Machine very easy to install and maintain.

This dryer does not dry well, no matter what setting you put it in clothes on they are still wet when the cycle is complete and the cycle completes before the time it says, it finishes fast.

It’s been over two years since we bought this Samsung Dryer, and it still works perfectly! Not had a single issue. We follow instructions on maintenance/ cleaning and works just fine. Samsung Wi-Fi connection and App make it easy to keep an eye while drying, drys clothing ready for hanging! It’s an excellent unit.

We purchased the this Samsung washer & matching gas dryer three weeks ago. We also purchased this installation and removal package as well. The two guys that did the installation and removal were awesome. They came early, worked fast and clean. Moving from an older Maytag washer/dryer combo took a couple of loads to get used to, but works well! What's the first difference is the size of the drum... just like the washer, it's big. The just like the washer, the dryer works great on all of the various cycles we've used so far, and I've found that my polo shirts seemed to be a little cleaner, and less wrinkled. The dryer did a great job on the king-sized sheets too, primarily because we can put in both sheets and pillow cases in one load! We could not do that with the old dryer. Also tried the the de-wrinkle setting for my shirts... it worked well. Just like the washer, it is really quiet to operate. We still have not gotten to the "Smart" washer part, where we can communicate with the washer via a Samsung app on out phone! All in all... a great dryer, and we are pleased with it and the Best Buy team,

Absolutely love this dryer! It’s super spacious — easily fits big loads and bulky stuff like blankets. The Steam Sanitize+ feature is awesome for getting rid of germs and freshening up clothes without needing to iron. The SmartThings app makes it really easy to check on cycles and control everything from my phone, which is a huge plus. It’s also super quiet and dries everything perfectly without overdoing it. Plus, the reversible door is a nice touch if you need a flexible setup. Overall, it’s efficient, smart, and really easy to use. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great gas dryer!

Its huge! The steam function is a nice touch. It seems like our clothes come out softer. I've never had a dryer that needed a water hookup, but it includes the splitter. It did NOT come with a hose though. Overall we really like this set. It looks beautiful in our home and dries much better then our last one. Very nice drier and very quiet. We absolutely love the features and the color is awesome.

We’ve had this dryer for about a month now, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to use, it’s quiet, and it’s big enough fir blankets and such. So far, we have nothing but good things to say about it.

Works well and fits a lot of clothes. Very quiet dryer which is a plus.

We have not had a new set in awhile, so I might sound a little dramatic, but this is the BEST washer and dryer that I have ever used! I made the purchase (in the evening) and Best Buy delivered and installed THE NEXT MORNING! WOW! It's only been two weeks, but when our old washer went out the laundry piled up, so I have already dried over 20+ loads. I love that it is so spacious, quiet, clothes come out dry and less wrinkled. I can fit a large king size comforter easily but need to run it through 2 times to fully dry. I have not been able to play around with the smart features and app because the wifi in our basement is not very strong. We are working on the wifi issue, so hopefully we can start using the smart features soon.

Dries clothes faster and I love the smart phone alerts since mine is in the basement. One change I'd make is to allow adjustment on temp for programmed choices like the washer. I have to use timed drying when getting my own preference.
