Loving this dryer. One teeny issue where things like blankets or sheets get balled up very easily. I even threw in some wool dryer balls and I still deal with it but not a deterrent because it dries so well! Plus the steam/refresh settings are so convenient! Got the matching washer and aside from being beautiful they are the perfect pair.

Overall, great dryer. It is spacious enough that I have been able to put my entire king-sized comforter in it (unlike my old dryer). However, with an item that large, I have found that I still need to run the dryer multiple times, even after using the "bedding" setting. However, I have not had issues with large loads of smaller items such as clothing. I have not used the steam sanitizing option yet, but it seems like a cool function. When I ordered the dryer, I was able to get free delivery and free installation. The delivery arrived early and the delivery guys were professional and very nice. The dryer got a bit nicked up during the moving process, but I attribute it more to an issue with my entryway (relatively narrow with a sharp turn) and the delivery men seemed to do their best to be careful when moving it in so the damage was relatively minimal. The installation was quick and they even told me that there was an accessory I could return because I already had the part, so I appreciate them informing me about the opportunity to get some money back.

Went Samsung to get the smart features and because the finish is gorgeous. Wow this thing is great! LOVE the smart function to send alert when it's done you can even restart it from phone. I also LOVED the steam function! Can toss in clothes we wore to a bar for an hour or two and few minutes later they smell fresh again!!! THey do have to run the water line splitter and line to the dryer but Best Buy installers did so.

This dryer works great. I absolutely love it. I love the big capacity and how quiet it is.

No more drying opening the dryer and still having wet cloths. Holds a lot of cloths and has a lot of different settings.
