Excellent dryer!! Love it! Does a bigger load than what we expected

I have had this dryer for a few months now and gotta say im pleasantly pleased. Does pretty good at drying, there are plenty of diffent modes and the lint trap catches so much more then my last dryer. Pretty happy with this purchase. The sensor that extends dryer time is pretty nice too, so if your cloths are still a little wet it will go for longer on its own.

This gas dryer quickly dries clothing and has great capacity.

Replacement from GE to Samsung product. Seems to be little more accurate on moisture sensing. Noise level is very low. Fit in my existing space. Used Best Buy delivery, installation, and hall away (old dryer) and was very satisfied with service provided.

Easy to use, super quiet compared to other units. We purchased both washer and dryer.

Great dryer, replaced our old (inherited) Samsung dryer. There was an issue with installation as it was a gas dryer - although we knew Best Buy could not install the new dryer (and we had to hire a separate person), we were incorrectly told that Best Buy would be able to disconnect the old dryer in order to haul it away. Ended up having to reschedule another appointment for haul away once a separate technician came to disconnect the old dryer (and ultimately install the new one).

The dryer itself is great. Seems to be performing amazing the first few months. I would say install was a pain. Standard dryer kit hook ups don't seem to have the right connectors and it takes time/$$ to get it set up right. Wish the dryer would include the right fasteners. Would Recommend and would buy. The black does show a lot of lint and dust. Not a big deal. Love the look of the matching sets.

The timer is kinda aggravating. Even if you set it to 1 hour, it often turns off early. But when it does work, it works fine.

So far, so good! I ordered this dryer to match our washer we purchased a couple of years ago. The steam function is very nice for clothes that may have been sitting in the dryer for a bit as it refreshed the clothes quite nicely. I am hoping to get over 20 years as I did with my last dryer! We will see. I do like the ability to connect this dryer to my phone as well. Not necessary but I nice option.

This is a good dryer. washer it meet all my families need love the color, the advanced features require a hook up to your water line. Samsung provides a splitter, but BB doesn't add on an additional hose so that you can go from your water intake to the actual dryer It would have been nice to have the required add-on products, like a vent extension, gas hose, etc. be included so we didn't have to run to the hardware store to get what we needed, praying that the installers would wait for us to get back (they didn't).i would purchase again

Got this on a deal during memorial weekend. It has features that let you control using app. Happy with how it is working

really great dryer, aside from it being really spacious and being able to fit in your bedding and bulky items, the start control is great, being able to control it from your phone is great!
