I've had an ongoing issue where the dryer is incredibly loud. I've had Samsung authorized service people come out and have no idea what's wrong. In addition, the blockage indicator light is constantly on, despite there being no blockage. Lastly, and most importantly, this dryer does a horrible job of drying. It's often quite damp. Move on to something else!
