Great dryer with many features and settings. Makes it easy to get what you need to do done. It looks nice (at least i like it) and resting next to its accompanying washer makes it convenient when passing clothes from the washer to dryer. A good pair, and i trust the brand. No issues to report so far, although i have had them only a tad over a year, so...

This dryer is large, quiet, and does its job well.

This dryer makes doing laundry almost fun. It is a bit complicated but has a great manual. After a few days you are a pro. Many options and works wonderfully. The only thing I could possibly fault is that the end of cycle chimes are TOO quiet! No worries though as there is a great cycle that removes wrinkles.

I had my dryer of 15 years finally bite the dust. I priced dryers at other locations and Best Buy provided the most competitive price. The salesman was very knowledgeable, understood my needs, and helped me make the best decision. It also included free installation, which was a great deal.

Originally shopped to replace our washer only but when we saw this set we just had to try it. We use the quick dry feature most often on the dryer along with sanitize for our towels, sheets and rugs. My husband loves the refresh feature that actually sprays a water mist on the clothes while drying to remove the wrinkles when needed. We've never had a dryer with a water hook-up!

I absolutely love the steam and my setting feature

This dryer has it all. Like the washer the cycles are longer than the cycles on my Kenmore. The touch up cycles spray water on the garment to get the wrinkles out so if you are in a hurry you can't use those cycles and it will be damp. Not a big deal. I just use a regular cycle and pull it out after a few minutes.

I have really enjoyed the dryer except for one feature. The lint trap is TERRIBLE to empty. It's not a simple pull out and clean trap, it is one that latches closed kind of like a book and you have to open it. It's super hard to open and it's the one thing I absolutely hate about this unit. Other than the lint trap, I like the dryer

This is my second Samsung dryer. I bought this one for my rental unit because I wanted something that would last. I had replaced their washing machine last year with the matching model. We own the same pair in our residence and have had an awesome experience with them.

The product works good and i bought few months back.

Bought matching washer/dryer a month ago to go into the new house. Coming from a 2in1 combo machine prior to this, there is no comparison. The dryer has lots of options (most I'll probably never use) and so far the "normal" cycle has been efficient and fast even with bedding.
