Quick order and delivery, unit easy to install, and cycles are much quicker than a prior model. Relatively quieter than earler model as well

When you turn the dryer on, it defaults to auto normal, which has a heat temp of medium, which I historically didn't like because a lot of my clothes say to dry on low, which means I now have to change the setting to timed dry. On the other hand, I don't believe the "medium" setting is as hot as it used to be a few years back, which is good. At this point in time, I'm experimenting. I love that this dryer has an anti-static button. It basically sprays some steam into the drum the last two min. Also has eco-dry.

We love this new dryer. It's very quiet and has many cycle options. Just wish it came with more of the hookups necessary for function.

It's a great dyer and i like that it has steam and sensors to tell how dry the clothes are. Sometimes its a bit off though and I still end up with wet clothes

This is a great dryer, the "eco dry" feature where it detects how dry the clothes are is good and bad. It will shut the dryer off when it thinks the clothes are dry, which saves them from being overcooked and from energy loss, but the technology isn't perfect. There are always a few damp items when it stops automatically for me. However, you can turn it off. I opt to leave the eco dry on for the cycle, and then if there a few damp items, I will set it on another 15 minute cycle with the eco dry off. This is a great dryer!

The eco mode is useless as clothes *always * come out damp. I also don't like that it doesn't have an air-fluff only mode (with no heat). It works fine on time dry (manual mode) but why did I pay for all the extra settings that don't work well? - Just so it'd match the washer from the set - which is pretty great. The only good thing about this dryer is the de-wrinkle setting (it does what it says). Pretty disappointing product, I regret not exchanging it for a different model.

Love my dryer and the Sleek Style. When it's running it's very quiet you don't even know that it's on. The steam feature really helps out a lot.

All around good dryer. Easy to install and operate. It is a little on the loud side but closing the laundry room door can solve that problem for me.

So far, i love my samsung electric dryer. Clothes are perfectly dry and not too wrinkly. It's quite and has lots of programs.

So high tech and comes with a app to set your personal settings. Dryer has vey hot heat and is fast drying

Quiet operation. Has a sensor for drying. I was not able to set up the smartcare on my phone. I don't know why. The instructions are pretty vague.

This is an excellent dryer that has great features & uses steam effectively to get the clothes nice & dry.

This dryer is a great replacement for the LG that we have had in the past. Love the water hookup for the steam function!

I bought this dryer to replace my 3-year-old dryer. Overall, it is an excellent dryer.

Dryer works perfectly. We love the features and cycles. The only negative - the control panel is set at a 45 degree angle. If you are installing side-by-side, this is okay. If you intend to mount this atop the matching washer, it becomes impossible to set the dials due to a lack of visibility. We literally have to use a small stool to operate it fully. I am 6' tall and she is 5'. To overcome this issue, we use the "My Cycle" feature, which is readily visible from the ground. Would recommend if you are tall or like cute stools. :)

I found they dry after first round, really quiet. I have not tried the steam dryer yet still to new.

Looks like a time machine, but it's merely a dryer. Many cycles, easy to use. I couldn't be any happier.

Love having the steam and fresh cycle on my dryer. Never have to get my iron out again
