Back of dryer was leaking. The service center did not inspect when it got returned. Manager made it right and replaced for new but this could have been a huge huge disaster. My house could have blown up if my heat turned on

I must use the disinfecting cycle every time in order for things to get dry, otherwise I have to start it over and over. Steam function is a complete waste of money and time.

Instead they left the dryer with the power connection but no VENT connection. We have been using the dryer for 6 long years only to find out today that they never got the vent connected and the whole house is dirty with fine dust. We suspected the builders did something to let dust in.

Just last week the dryer stopped drying. Had a technician out (because there is no longer a warranty in place) and the repairs would cost $500. It was a great dryer while it lasted, and if you want a dryer that lasts 4 years then by all means get this product, but I would definitely not recommend spending the money for such little longevity.

The grinding noise that this unit puts out is SO LOUD its impossible to use if you are in the house. I had a service performed on it and they wanted to change the motor which costs more than the unit itself ????
