I'm rating this product as excellent, but I want to place a small note that the first dryer that I received had a burnt motor. After receiving the second one, the dryer has been excellent. It's very energy efficient even with the expanded drying times and use of dryer sensor.

Dryer can handle large loads, and the smart dry technology is great. It knows how long to dry the clothes based on the load size and the moisture sensor. It also keeps a load from wrinkling by spinning the clothes a few times every few minutes until you take them out. Love it!

My dryer went out and I did t tho k I would find one that was as good as my old one.... I was proven wrong! I love the wrinkle free feeature and it can detect when the clothes are dry and turns off automatically. I would defiantly recommend this product!

I bought these units for my parents. I wanted them to be easy to use and reliable. They have a better waranty in the LG model that I currently use. The sale price was great and the delivery guys were very pleasant to deal with. My parents love them and have no complaints.

My wife and I are so happy getting this dryer. It does everything we want it to and has the large capacity for bedding. We love the steam features for removing wrinkles and making the clothing fresh. We have not had one ounce of any kind of problem with this machine at all.

Many setting options and operates relatively quietly.

Great dryer and the size is not as small as I thought it would be. We were constrained by the width of the door to our laundry room so not all dryers were going to fit. Still getting used to the steam option as things don't always get completely dry after the first "refresh" run. Otherwise, works great!

Love the steam setting to refresh clothes before work. Quick and easy. You do need to put a few items in the refresh and can't just do one article as the clothing does not seem to dry completely. I usually add a towel if I only have a shirt or a pair of pants.

This dryer works great. A normal load is dry in under 45 minutes. The steam cycle and wrinkle free works great as well!

The tenants just love this product. I bought it for a rental property to replace a stack one piece unit that wasn't working properly. They have been using it six weeks and all I have heard is how much they love it! When mine at home needs replacing this is what I'm going to buy.

One of little things I like best about my new Samsung dryer is its musical notifications. It almost plays a song and it makes me smile. I also like the lint trap. The design is different from many I have seen and It seems to collect quite a bit.

Our GE dryer wasn't drying well after only 5 years. Since we purchased this dryer it has significantly reduced drying time. We didn't realize how poorly our last dryer was functioning. Easy to use, lint trap easier to clean than others. No complaints at all.

Researched dryers for about three months before pulling the trigger. I've been very pleased with this product. The heating efficiency is much better than my old dryer. Haven't used the steam function yet, but am excited to try that soon.

Really wish the run times for a basic cycle were less. It takes 45 mins or more. The clothes are dry I just wonder if it needs so much time? Not suggesting that the heay is raised though. Keeping an eye on my electric bill! Very happy though

We bought the matching washing machine and love them both. It has a pretty quick normal dry cycle of 46 minutes and does a good job. Sometimes I add a few more minutes for larger loads to get fully dry. I love that is plays a song for you when it is done.

i love this dryer. the steam works wonders when drying to remove wrinkles. you can control everything, the amount of heat, power of the spin and time. if you purchase the matching washer, you need only dry for 20 minutes and your clothes are done.

Overall this is a very efficient dryer. Most loads take only around 40 min., as compared to my previous dryer.(It took from 60 to 90 min to dry a load of wash.) I also love the wrinkle away feature, it takes wrinkles out in a short amount of time.

We needed a new dryer as our old one didn't work very well, we would have to dry clothes at least twice in very small batches to get them dry. With this one it's dry every time, the first time, and it sings a little song to let you it's done. We love it.

I usually dry everything on normal except for Delicates, and the only time I'd recommend anything else is with Linens. There is a bedding setting which we thought was just for comforters, but I'd use it for anything larger than normal. Overall great features though!

very nice dryer with beautiful outside color platinum silver? I think? Also like the size compared to my old dryer. Can get so much more in load & clothing comes out wrinkle free :) Now I can get larger size bedding items done at home. Lint filter is easy to clean.
