Love this dryer. The only flaw I have found is getting a certain temperature setting. You have to put time dry. Also when delivered they did not hook up the water line for steam because Samsung only wants stainless to hookup but doesn't provide it

Easy to load, huge drum, very easy to set temp and dry time or leave it on auto it seems to sense very well. Lint filter is very easy to clean but I see that the way it opens it is designed to be a consumable with time so order an extra.

This was a great purchase. Samsung definitely provided a product with a lot of different features I didn't expect. My favorite: Wrinkle release! I no longer have to iron my shirts so this thing has already paid for itself in time and money.

It has to sit out in the open in the kitchen but it is very nice looking.it was bought for an apartment and has to be stacked in the kitchen and is out in the open visible. It is a very nice looking unit and you don't feel like it doesn't belong in the kitchen.

Absolutely love my new dryer, works great for everyday items as well as the steam function is amazing for getting out wrinkles in dry cleaned clothes. Would highly recommend this product!

I really love the dryer, especially with the steam function. The device chimes to let you know when it is done and has a great display that estimates remaining time for sensor drying as well. Easy to clean and maintain lint filter.

Bought a matching set of Samsung 5200 series washer/dryer for our new home since the previous owner took theirs with them. Fit and finish is fantastic, and we enjoy the little jingle at the end of a cycle. Highly recommended!

This is not an "Excellent dryer!" (posted 5 years ago) nor is it "GREAT and Dependable 2" (4 years). For us it is just an average dryer. It lasted exactly 4 years before the heating element failed. This is the most common point of failure. I have replaced heating elements on every electric dryer that we have owned. This design makes it very difficult to do this repair and to have someone do it costs about as much as we paid for it. It is planned futility or planned obsolescence. We will not buy another Samsung...

There are more expensive models with more options and larger capacities, but for my needs this dryer was the best choice. The steam function comes in very handy for my dress clothes if I don't have time to get them out of the dryer right away.

Good quality easy to use. No issues. I recently bought a gas dryer from LG as I had to move and there was not a plug in for the electric, quality is great! I got the store install it's worth it.

I have the washer and dryer stacked up as that's the laundry room set up. Installation was a nightmare though; It took bestbuy sales manager 3 tries to get the installer to get them done; eventually.

My main issue with this dryer is that if you set it on a mode other than timed dry, it shuts off too quickly. That wouldn't be a bad feature if the items were dry when it shut off, but I've found that clothes aren't completely dry. A dryer session that shows it will take, say 34 minutes to dry, shuts off in about 11 minutes but the clothes are not dry. I've found that if I just put it on the Timed Dry mode, I can keep an eye on it that way but why give all those settings if they're not going to dry for as long as they say. I also have an issue with the Samsung washer/dryer music. Yes, I know I could mute it but I do like to be reminded when clothes are done...I just don't need to hear a whole song about it.

Just what I was looking for! I got this to replace the old ones I've had for years. Much quicker time for washing and far more efficient with getting stains out. The dryer is also fantastic

The dryer has exceeded all expectations. I love the many settings this model has and the very large drum allows me to dry large items I use to have to take to the landrymatt.

Have had this dryer for 5 months and it still works great. The wrinkle free feature is my favorite as it turns the clothes periodically until you take them out. I got this on sale for 550 during 4th of July sale. Great deal!

Drys clothes much quicker than it originally estimates. sheets and comforters wrap in the dryer and need to be re-dryed. Other than this hassle, the dryer is great! i am sure it saves $$ at the end but no way to measure it!

We bought this dryer to match the Samsung front load washing machine that we previously bought at Best Buy. It is a nice addition. Our only complaint is that the sensors which shut the dryer off when the clothes are dry sometimes does so prematurely.

can't complain too much with the great price we received. however, i feel the sensors do not pick up as well as my older samsung model. catching myself having to place bedding and towels twice in the dryer because the sensor thinks they are dry

Been just two weeks, still trying to figure out all the features this one has over our previous washer. It has been great so far. The large washing area allows us to do wash less frequently, saving time and money with the larger load capacity

The sensor dry option is great no more wasting electricity, it determines the perfect time needed for the clothes! I love the little song it plays when the load is done drying,! So much nicer than hearing a loud beep!
