We had shopped around quite a bit for a high quality washer/dryer. Read great reviews online on this product. Best Buy provided the best deal and we are very happy with our purchase.

Have owned and used these Samsung W/D set now for 3 months and I like them very much. I like the steam refresh feature in the dryer, and I like the variety of washing settings on the washer.

This dryer matches well with our TOP LOAD Samsung washer. It's nice to have the controls on the front of the machine which allows you to use the top of the dryer for laundry supplies or folding.

This is a nice looking dryer. I don't find it to be superb but it dries clothing. There are certain items that never fully dry on the steam cycles and that is very disappointing because it is supposed to sense moisture.

Overall we are happy with this dryer. The only thing that we don't like is wet clothes tend to open up the door once you start the drying cycle. Aside from that it works well and has good capacity.

We have been using this dryer for a little over two months and it has been working alright. The only issues I have seen with it, it's that the humidity sensor sometimes doesn't work right. It ends the drying cycle thinking that the clothes are not humid anymore, when in reality, they're still humid.

my house flooded in april and i had 3 month to review all the major product line and found Samsung to have the best ratings overall replace all my household appliances with the Samsung brand .

Great dryer, haven't needed the steam feature yet so I usually turn it off. Sometimes items are a little damper than I like so I usually use the more dry or very dry settings.

Staff and supervisors are excellent.sales people are friendly. Delivery was on time and they took lot of care in installing the appliances. Excellent team work. Glad I purchased at BB. Keep the good work.

Good dryer works well and handles large loads easily. Got it on sale. Have it stacked but unless you are 6 feet tall or have a step stool it may not be a good option as it is hard to reach on see the controls.

"For a "low end of the high end" machine this is pretty good. The steam cycle is worth paying for. I cant say anything negative about this dryer, it looks and work great!!!

This is an excellent product with a reasonable price. I bought warranty for 5 years with it for peace of mind. The delivery and setup service was outstanding and professional by BestBuy.

I love this set! I love washing clothes especially now that my husband expanded my Landry room!! Nothing makes a momma excited like a new washer set and big Landry room!

it is too early to tell but so far it has been great! It is quiet, and does leave a good scent behind. I have recommended it to my parents. They have also purchased the same model

Great dryer, and looks good too. Dries clothes quickly and haven't had any issues with it so far. Love the intelligent functions that determine length of drying time based on the weight of the clothes.

Got a good deal on it. It was cheaper at Sear's (surprisingly) but Best Buy price-matched it. I really like the customer service and geek squad at Best Buy so I prefer to get my goods from there.

We really love this dryer so far. We love all the different settings avaialble since we run many different types of loads of clothes which all need drastically different drying times.

The dryer has worked great for large and small loads. Clothes have come out dry and not excessively hot. the controls are easy to understand, large, and intuitive.
