I just love my new dryer. My clothes dry fast and feel light to the touch. The teenage kids even agree and doing their clothes...smile!

We have had this unit for a few weeks. Overall, we have been very happy with it and recommend it to anyone looking for a new dryer.

Glad I got extended warranty with Geek squad they have been great. I have had a few problems with the dryer but overall I give ot a 4 star

So far we have no issues with our washer and dryer and are glad its easy to use. Installment also went well. Purchased the warranty just in case.

Great product! Dry any clothes very quickly and then shuts off. I love the wrinkle free mode especially since I often forget I have clothes in there.

My last one lasted me a long time so I came back when it was time to upgrade. I am always pleased with their washer and dryer combos!!

This dryer works great. The tub is plenty large enough to dry sheets and a comforter and the wrinkle protect works well.

I'm totally dissatisfied with two of my four Samsung products. I've had 3 washers and 2 dryers in less than a year and the products don't live up to the name.

My dryer went out so I needed one quick. I did some research and settled on a Samsung front load set. Best decision I could have made.

Beautiful dryer. So nice looking & sleek. Haven't gotten to use mine yet, but have owned this brand in the past and loved them.

Unless I switch it to more dry, the sensor leaves the clothes a tiny bit damp. Other than that I’ve had no problems

I bought an open box i thought it was a pretty good deal. I got half off. Added extended warranty and the works. Good for price and hope it last me a while

This dryer seemed liked a great deal as it included steam drying at an affordable price. First dryer we received made a horrible noise from the first use. Second dryer arrived damage and was never used. Third dryer seemed great. That lasted about four weeks. Now upon start up it makes a loud noise that subsides as the unit warms up. The unit doesn't sense dryness accurately. We have it set to "very dry" but clothes still need more dry time. The baffles don't rotate clothes evenly (maybe why clothes aren't dry). This problem is really evident when we dry a blanket. It comes out looking like a burrito, and the interior of the blanket is still wet. Our old dryer kept the blanket in a "heap" and fully dry. I should have researched the steam dry feature more. I had the romantic notion ironing would be nearly eliminated. It doesn't eliminate wrinkles. You'll still have to iron. What it does do is remove wrinkles caused from the clothes sitting in a pile for too long before being put away.

My first BRAND NEW dryer! Dryer does as wonderful job and I love the Steam option!

Only have it for two month and happy with it. The due works perfectly for my needs. Have not yet use all features but will start to play with it soon.

I don't like how I can't change the heat temp. It was an open box item tho & still need to have geek squad involved, it's louder than I thoughht it should be too!

Worked fine for six years, now no heat on any cycle.

This is a great product. All the settings on it make it easy to use and dries well.
