This machine is great for drying large quantities of clothes and you can set it to doing certain drying jobs and it automatically sets everything and you can even change settings and instead of loud buzzer when done it plays musical tune also if you have clothes that wrinkle the steam will remove wrinkles

Simple set up and was able to use within 2 minutes of reading operating indtructions

It dries in half of the time I am used too. It can easily handle heavy loads too!

I like the dryer and works so far so good, do like the option for steam or non steam easy to use.

I purchased this for my son which it will work well for him but not for a big family that drys a lot. The sense dry mechanism does not always work properly especially when dry sheets or towels because it will shut off quicker than it should or either it will run indefinitely. My sons likes it so what can I say, he won't be doing too much drying anyway, but I have used much better products.

I actually read the reviews on Consumer Reports before choosing this dryer. The steam option makes getting rid of wrinkles and "refreshing" pillows, etc much easier. The only thing that would be nice is being able to change all of the options once a preset has been chosen. Especially when using the "steam" option, the dryer does not always get the items completely dry again.

The steam feature in this dryer is great, it has a wonderful perm press cycle

so far so good. drys clothes very well and the options available are great.

Only a few weeks of use, but very satisfied with ease of use. Drying cycle accomplishes task with no need for additional time or cycles. Much prefer musical tones at end of cycle to other machines buzzing alarms. Look forward to learning and using machine more.

This seems to be a good dryer but seems to take too long to dry clothes. Our dryer did not come in when it was supposed to and I was not called till that morning, had already sold our dryer. We asked to get it expedited for that weekend and I was told he would check with the supervisor and let me know, never got a call back. Good product and good stores but poor customer service
