Love this dryer. With my old one clothes still came out wrinkled. No more with this dryer! Clothes come out awesome now!

I like all the settings you can chose from. You can even add download special wash cycles from your phone. But since it's high efficiency the washes can be quite long.

This is an excellent buy for a steam dryer ( i got it on sale for about $625). The options and controls are great. Beautiful design and functions great. Only design flaw is regarding stackable option. Our machines are stacked, and it's quite difficult to see the control panel because is it tilted too far back . When stacked, one needs a 3 step ladder - and might not be great for people under 5'5" Otherwise great!

I purchased this dryer as a set with its matching washer. While it is an excellent dryer with short dry times, it does not qualify as an EnergyStar appliance.

We have had this for about three months, and have been very pleased with the machine. Though there are many possible dry cycles (including steam), we tend to use the "Normal" cycle, which seems to dry even the biggest loads in less than 20 minutes. The dryer does a good job of sensing when the clothes are dry and stops before over-drying them. Easy to clean lint filter, too.

this dryer does a great job in short time. If you dont get to the clothes right after they are done the touch up steam cycle makes quick work of removing wrinkles.

Had an issue with the delivery team used by best buy but the dryer is phenomenal the steam function is a nice touch.

I bought this dryer based on good reviews, however, after owning it for 3 weeks, the heating element went out. It is still covered under warranty of course, but I have had to jump through many hoops, take part in 3 troubleshooting phone calls that were quite lengthy, and then fight through a repair appointment cancellation. Not sure why Samsung did that since they are the ones that scheduled it in the first place. Last problem--the repair company they hired is scheduled three weeks out. So, I have a brand new dryer sitting in my laundry room and can not dry a thing! I want my old Kenmore back!!!!!!

I got this as an open box display item. At nearly 50% off, it is hard to argue with the value. It is slightly noisier than expected, but much quieter than the old dryer it replaced.

Dryer works amazing with newer washing machine. Dry time is half as long as the old pair. Quality seems good so far. Easy to setup.
