Contacted best buy and they walked me through some steps to verify if it was a fixable solution or not. It wasn't. Best buy replaced it with a new one and covered the difference! It is a very nice dryer, big and quiet! Steam feature is the best! Thank you best buy for amazing customer service!

Great Dryer with just the right amount of options

It drys perfect every time and the anti wrinkle setting is great for when the clothes might sit in the dryer for extended periods of time. The steam wrinkle release setting works very well.Overall we have been impressed with the performance for the money.
