I've been happy with my purchase so far. The steam feature seems to work well and the song at the end is a nice touch (better than the old buzzing sound at least). I would recommend buying installation if you purchase the pedestals as the unit is heavier than older dryers and difficult to move onto the pedestal.

This washer has a great variety of features and steam cycles. Its quiet and fast. The direct drive motor will save you problems with other models which may be belt driven. Unlike the comparable LG model, this hooks directly to the waterline for steam functions. The LG has a bottle you have to fill from the tap which is very inconvenient. If steam is important, the Samsung is far better.

The washer drys out the clothes significantly, so the actual drying job for this dryer is very light. I use the 'wrinkle prevent' and love it. You can take the clothes out and just wear them. And they seem to keep out wrinkles for a long time after the cycle. Love this feature. It does add on another 20 mins to the drying cycle though.

This dryer is amazingly quite! It also gets hot enough to dry the clothes and keep the wrinkles out! The bad thing is when I throw some dry pants or shirts in to get the wrinkles out the dryer shuts itself off, I'm assuming this is due to a sensor in the machine.

Paired with Samsung Steam washer at same price. Both have large capacity and all the settings we needed and then some with flexibility/control options all at under $700 each...delivered...installed...payment plan with no finance charge...Best Buy, you're the reason why we CAN have nice things!

The dryer dries fast compared to my old machine. Many options on the dryer. Read the reviews online before purchase. Happy with my decision.

The first time they delivered this dryer it broke down after one load. It took a week to get the replacement but once I got that one it’s been awesome. The Geek Squad tech said he had never seen it before. I guess I got a lemon but I’m going now running and happy.

This thing's great! I got the matching washer and dryer combo and they're not only gorgeous, they're high efficiency and quiet. Couldn't be happier.

Works great, lots of settings for different fabric types and the wrinkle release setting eliminates the need for ironing. I’ve had the previous model for years without any issues and replaced it with this when I was ready for a change.

I bought this washer and dryer set in January of this year (now November) and I absolutely LOVE them. Both the washer and dryer have more than enough options to wash/dry almost anything. I can fit plenty of clothes in the washer and have enough room for them to dry as well. The only two complaints I have are the following: the dryer will sometimes leave thicker jeans a tad damp when using options other than the timed dry. Also, the doors on these don't appear to be reversible so you will have to have the washer on the left and dryer on the right. Not sure if a setup the other way is very common, but it's worth noting for potential buyers.

Also bought the matching washer and couldn't be happier. Got a great deal on the pair and their efficiency is already paying off. Spending a third less time doing laundry and our clothes are coming out cleaner and in better shape than with our older units.

I purchased the set together at Best Buy in early June. It's relatively quiet and has numerous dryer settings to choose from. The notification ring at the end is pleasant-sounding. Items dry pretty fast. Both the washer and dryer look sleek and isharp.

This dryer is great. It is so easy to use and the timer on it is excellent. We also love the different dryness settings. We like our clothes extra dry so it's nice to be able to set it on more dry to make sure everything is dry.

Love this dryer! Easy to use, drys great, easy to clean lint filter. Love all the options. Love the look - hate having to wipe the fingerprints off. Love the light inside! Great for those late night "Oops I left something in the dryer" :)

I did a lot of research on buying a new washer and dryer and wanted something quality but also not too expensive. This dryer ended up being perfect. It dries so fast and is also really energy efficient. I’m pleased.

Loving my new dryer. The wrinkle release feature is great, as is the refresh feature. If clothes aren't dirty, say an outfit, you can "refresh" it without having to wash it again. Great feature. The dryer does a nice job, as expected.

I’ve only had it a month but so far so good. It takes less time to dry than my old dryer. I got the open box price and I have to find the matching washer because it makes my entire laundry room look bad.
