Easy to use and does a great job. Very quiet. Dries quickly and efficiently.

Bought it as part of a set with the washer to replace a dryer I inherited from family. So far it's great and I'm pretty sure it's a lot more efficient than the one I had

Still learning about the dryer after only a month with it. Steam setting made the garment overly wet, but I did lightly spritz it with water before putting it in. With bedding, you have to take it out and put it back in multiple times to get it completely dry on the settings meant for bedding. When drying couch covers, the heat sensor kept saying it was dry and then turn off. However, I had to restart it 3 different times to make it completely dry the cover.

My wife and I did many searches and reviews about several name brand washers. We have used Whirlpool almost exclusively. After much research we selected the Samsung 4.2 CU. Ft. 9-cycle high efficiency steam washer. We immediately saw a difference in the way our clothes came out. Very clean!! I did the installation myself and it was very easy. So far, we are very happy with the purchase. We know there are some negative reviews about the Samsung products but we have never had any problems with our Samsung TV and we don't expect problems with our washer.

Great dryer, quiet and efficient. My only complaint is that you can't use low heat in the pre programmed settings , only the time dry. Best buy was great to work with.

One of my favorite features of this dryer is the steam feature. It hooks directly up to your water line so no cups to fill or anything.

It dries my clothes and especially my towels fast. The only negative is that when I dry 2 sets of sheets the room up tight in a ball. I hate that.

Everything is working as expected 1 month into ownership. Dryer is very efficient and I love the steam clean options. Very pleased we upgraded to the steam model.

It is easy to use and very efficient. Multiple times I have heard the timer go off and think to myself I can't believe that its done already. It leaves me with plenty of time to get laundry done and still have time left in my day to do other things. The only thing that has been a little tricky is getting the dryer lint catcher open without having to slightly man handle it. Besides that its a great machine.

This dryer is fantastic, is energy efficient, very silent, and most important drives everything really fast and it smells great afterwards.

Has multiple drying options and wrinkle free as well. Was well worth the money and it isn’t loud

I am very happy with this dryer! I love all the features it has as there are so many options. Even the towels come out dry the first time.

This dryer is awesome, is super fast to dry clothes and avoid the wrinkles by keep the cycle on until you get there to pick up the clothes.

I have used the steam feature once only, but was satisfied with the outcome of removing the wrinkles in the garment. So far, I'm happy with the machine.

I love my new dryer. It has a lot of different settings to choose from. It is not too loud and even the timer plays a pleasant tune when your clothes are done

I made this purchase back in January and waited to give it a review. So far so good. It has many different drying features and options. I use maybe one to two dryer sheets in it sometime but I don't use the kind with all the smells in it, I just a Bounce static control sheet. Just use a dryer sheet that doesn't have the dyes and perfumes in it. It drys the clothes faster than the indicated time on the screen most times because the washer spins it dry most times. Oh yeah..can't beat 699.00 for the price either..

Love the dryer and it various features such as timing and light in the dryer so I don't have to always turn on the light. It's very quiet unlike the washer.

This dryer is dramatic improvement over the ones I have had in past. I like the steam feature and other options. Wrinkled clothes are a thing of the past.

after my dryer died for the second time in a month and not wanting to spend any more money repairing it, i drove down to bestbuy to see what was available and saw this open box at a great price. sure open items are always a gamble but the price was too good to pass up and the dryer has been working flawlessly. better than the one i replaced and with added features.
