Great dryer at a good price. No complaints at all.

We have only had our dryer a few months but really pleased so far. Still working to find proper settings to keep Sheets from rolling up in a ball. Could be placing to many items in at once.....will update later!

We had an older version of the Samsung front loading dryer at our previous home and had to leave it when we moved. We upgraded with the steam option in the Platinum color. I don't regret this purchase at all!

The unit is great but the panel is at the top and angled upwards so if you stack it on a washer it is next to impossible to reach and see the controls. You need a step stool even at 6 foot tall to see up there.

I've had this dryer for a month and love it! I can do bigger loads than with traditional dryers. I love all of the drying features. The steam is a great bonus that quickly gets wrinkles out!

Love the quietness of the dryer. Clothes are not as wrinkled as with my old dryer even when they sit in the dryer for awhile after they are done. Love the music it plays when the door is open.

I'm also really loving this new front load dryer. It is excellent has many features to choose from have not tried them all. Thank you again Victor and Luis for the quick installation.

This is a good dryer. However the steam wrinkle eliminator function does NOT ELIMINATE wrinkles from cotton tee shirts. U Will have to iron. Also the sensor dry feature does not consistently work. Sometimes ur clothes will have wet or damp spots. Especially in towels and blankets. Overall it's a good dryer tho. Just make sure ur only buying it for the purpose of a basic dryer and not expect it to perform the wrinkle removal and sensor dry functions. Sensor dry means the dryer will continue to run until it senses that ur items are all completely dry. It doesn't run on a timer. It is supposed to run until it senses no moisture in ur clothing. Be advised. The dryer does also have a timed dryer cycle.

Our family was long over due for a new washing room set and this dryer in combo with the washer is just awesome. They work rather quiet which was my selling point to getting this.

I stacked this dryer on top of the matching washer; the results were better than expected. Hardly any vibration or noise, and it is easy to operate. Cycles longer than normal, but the results are worth it.

My clothes dry fast and come out wrinkle-free. I no longer have to press my work pants and khakis. It's wash and go for me now - a great time-saver. Installation was free.

Easy to use and love the steam option. We tend to forget to unload the dryer immediately after it is done so the refresh and wrinkle free cycle is perfect to get rid of those wrinkles.

I can't speak to reliably, I've had it for 2 months. That's the reason I didn't give it 5 stars. So far, so good. A little complicated to operate, but it's pretty quiet. And doesn't use much electricity.

This dryer is very quiet which is great because it is close to our master bedroom. Some settings take almost two hours to dry the contents which is crazy but it works when you have time to leave the load all day.

Two years ago I bought a samsung washer and I really love it. Recently my old dryer died. I did not hesitate buying a samsung dryer and I have not been disappointed!!! I love it as much as my washer!

I have always used Samsung products but the one I purchased this time was not up to par. Representative at Best Buy recommended this LG and we are very satisfied with it.
