I was on the fence about the steam option but after trying absolutely love it, it works great. I also love the wrinkle and static resistant feature.

Love this dryer! Super efficient and it has a 'refresh' tumble setting that keeps clothes refreshed if you aren't able to take them out of the dryer right away.

I have zero regrets on this purchase! Loved that I can dryer my fleece jacket and guess what?! No static! Wait ! What? That's right.. Love this dryer

I can now put into the dryer my delicate clothes with the peace of mind that my dryer will not damage them. So many drying options to choose from makes so easy.

Needed washer and dryer for my new home. This fit the bill perfectly. Haven't tried any of the steam cycles yet, but so far everything has come out perfect.

Nice design, easy to use, many options to chose from, the wrinkle prevent keep your cloths warm and perfect when you are so busy and takes time to get them out.

I really like this dryer, BUT it was replacing the same dryer that only lasted 4 years. To the dryer's credit, the repairman said that something metal got into the system and bent the motor (he said he hadn't seen this before). The old dryer (same model but older) had a different lint cage and this new model has a much better, tighter lint cage. I like the steam function and Best Buy did a great job setting it up in a tight space. Believe it or not, buying a new dryer was cheaper than replacing the old motor. Maybe buy a Whirlpool, not a dryer made by a phone company :)

I like all the options this dryer offers you can pretty much set and forget. It seems to catch more lint than my previous dryer but the catcher is a bit cumbersome though manageable

I had the same one in my previous house and I went back to best buy to buy it again. Never had a problem with it. Easy to use and very efficient in energy too.

I love all the different modes this has. Non wrinkle is my favorite. Pretty perfect performance and electric bills aren’t too bad either. Overll great performance.

First of all it is a very nice looking machine. Its very quiet and was easy to hook up. I really like the steam cycle for get wrinkles out of clothes.

I stacked this and need a step ladder to see the controls. Oh an a screw fell out on the 3rd use when I shut the door. It would not go back in. I got my own drew and screwed it in.

Have had the dryer for about 30 days so far and it is great. It dries much faster than my previous unit and the wrinkle prevent setting is great.

The dryer looks great and performs well. However, the steam dry technology requires dryer be next to the washer so anyone that is considering this should keep that in mind.

The dryer runs quietly and efficiently. With the wrinkle free option, for normal every day use business casual shirts come out ready to wear.

This dryer works great. There was an issue with the grounding device on the first dryer they sent but once the dryer was replaced I haven't had an issue yet

It is a great dryer. It is easy to use and I also like that it has wrinkle setting so my clothes don't wrinkle if I don't get to them right away.

I couldn't be happier with my new washer and dryer set. I also loved the service I got from Best Buy - they automatically price-matched so I didn't have to put in the leg work. Sears happened to be having a sale on the same items, and they gave me that price!! The delivery and installation was flawless as well. The poor guys had to take away my old, very heavy set - down two flights of stairs! Then bring this set up two flights of stairs! I felt bad for them, but they did it in stride! No complaints. Will definitely get all my future appliances from Best Buy!
