Purchased the washer and dryer. Both were delivered quickly and installed professionally. Both working great with nearly daily use for the last month. Satisfied with this purchase.

I love my new washing machines!! There so quiet I forget there on. Best Buy is the way to go & remember always get the warranty, the extra bucks payoff in da long run.

Large capacity and easy to use gas dryer makes this an excellent value for my family's usual laundry loads. Many options to customize for clothing types.

The worst thing I can say is that the lint tray is a bit funky. :) Love the periodic tumble that occurs after it finishes drying if it hasn't been emptied.

Notwithstanding Samsung's product troubles, this dryer works very well. I do need o figure out, however, how to mute the annoying "songs" that signal completion.

Had to buy a gas dryer to replace an electric one. Love this dryer as my drying time is cut down tremendously!

We give these 4 instead of 5 stars because once stacked, the dryer buttons are hard to see due to the incline the control panel has. Unless you are 5'8" and taller you should be okay if not you may have to get a step stool like my wife did. Be careful with delivery guys, my laundry doorway molding was dented the size of a nickel & paint was also chipped, my wood floors were scratched by the washer or dryer stands because they didn't put any type of protection on floor. I'm currently in process with their claims department but their people that came to take photos state that it does not look delivery related.

Never knew how wrinkle free worked until I purchased this dryer. Clothes come out pressed ready to wear. Energy Efficient

Everything works great, the steam function reduces the amount of ironing you will do. Glad the water connection came included, overall great quality!

Excellent dryer it has so many features it's ridiculous I got it open box half the price and it only had one tiny little blue mark on it. Super score

The dryer works pretty great. It is very customizable, as you can add static settings and wrinkle free settings as well. I like it!

This clothes dryer takes some getting no used to for the different cycles, but works great. It is louder than our previous 10+ year old dryer.

My 11 year old me more dryer worked far better and dried clothes much faster. This Samsung still leaves clothes wet after the full cycle.

Dries clothes really fast, has great preset programs but really the sensor dry setting is so good it is the main one I use

Its working as expected. I wish it have an indicator for cleaning required. Once I forgot to clean and it had been running for hours.

This unit is excellent. It does very large loads or just a few items. The many settings making doing any laundry a breeze.
