You can’t go wrong with this Dyer. I was really debating when I was looking at all the different kinds. Then this one caught my eye and instantly I knew I wanted it. Even the customer service was excellent well experience. I was happy with his knowledge with dryers.

I really like the fact that there are different settings to this dryer and it helps that the sensor makes sure it's completely dry, no matter how big the load. Like any Samsung product, it has a nice tune at the end of the cycle instead of just a normal intrusive buzz.

Buying a stackable unit can be a nice space-spacing option if you are using it in that configuration. However, it poses 2 immediate issues that we've encountered. First, if one unit fails and is deemed irreparable, you are essentially forced to buy an entirely new set due to the manufacturers not making the units cross-compatible within their own line. Secondly, the height of the stack can be quite high and not easily reached by shorter users. In the case of this machine, the angle of the faceplate only complicates the height issue even more. My wife (5'4) has to get on a step-stool to see the panel. Lastly, be aware of all the extras needed that are not included in the price if you wish to convert to propane. Cost us an extra $250.

Due to what the store had in inventory I purchased another of these dryers despite my previous machine lasting only 13 months. My hope is that lemons are rare and this new one will continue t do an excellent job for years. It has a nice variety of drying options.

We purchased this dryer a few years ago when living on the east coast. After moving to the west coast, we needed another dryer so we purchased the same one. The newer model is even better than the first model! We are very happy with our purchase!

Great gas dryer for the price if you can get it for less than 800. This was a replacement for my 20+ year old Whirlpool gas dryer. Dries laundry in about half the time and looks much cooler doing it.

I just purchased this washer with the dryer and has been the best purchased I have made. Before I purchased this washer I first puchased an Amana washing machine worst decision it could handle so much clothes like this one! I highly recommend it

I had bad experiences with best buy costumer service

Price was great...I may be a little picky and not a big deal but the "sticker" that is on the machine that says Samsung keeps coming off. You'd think if anything Samsung would want their name brand a permanent thing. Other than that so far so good.

I had been reading the reviews and was torn between this and the similar functioned/priced LG. This one came out to be the winner in reviews and price point. Delivery and installation was great and have been enjoying them for the past month.

My dryer broke and forced me to upgrade. The design caught my eye! I then did a quick search online for review. Everything looked well and it works just as described! Drys my clothes much better than my old machine

this is the best tv I have ever had. 75" 9400 great picture and sound. Installation by Best Buy was very professional, and works great with my existing surround sound. Highly recommended and well worth the premium cost

The dyer is very good, only problem is it sits too low because they want you to purchase a drawer that elevates it for $300. In my opinion, thats too expensive for the average buyer.

Yes, it dries the clothes. However, it makes a grinding sound that is like nails on a chalkboard - has since the first load. It is intermittent, and will require a service visit. That is going to be a hassle. The service installation was HOURS late and rushed, perhaps leading to this problem. Also, the dial and LED display on the dryer are angled at about 45 degrees. This is nice if you have the dryer on the ground. But, since it lists as easy to stack and has a stacking available, is how we chose to install. The problem then becomes that unless you are seven feet tall you can't read the display. Lame.

We shopped various stores, Best Buy was the most helpful in our search. This is the same pair our daughter has had for 2 years, and she likes them as well. Delivery and installation were on time and professional.

Our new clothes dryer is working really well so far, have had it just over a month but we use it for 3-5 loads every week. Various cycles, temperatures, clothing weights. Good quality, quiet and efficient!

The whole family loves this dryer. My wife particularly likes the Steam Refresh feature: a quick 15-minute to get her blouses and pants ready to wear again. Delivery was on schedule; hooking-up a breeze.

Got it recently with 5 year warranty as some of the earlier reviewers had some issues. SO far working as expected. Never used the Steam cycle so far. Now I am realizing it is not a must have item for me.
