Due to cost of running the gas line, we switched to electric. The reason I’m leaving this review is because Best Buy May the switch so easy.

Exceptional features and quality of past Samsung products owned led to this purchase. Truly not disappointed!

The dryer worked great when it finally arrived a week after it was supposed to and 3 hours later than scheduled. We literally waited all day for it to arrive. Best Buy has terrible customer service, they just sound nice. They don't actually do anything to help you.

This is a fantastic dryer. All the great options, fully electronic, and great color and design at a reasonable price; especially when on sale.

good clothes dryer, not exceptional. delivery was great, good men, explained and tested before they left.

It's attractive...I've owned almost a year, I always forget about the steam feature, Just not very memorable, the music it plays when done is downright annoying, if you want your clothes a little drier, good luck! It won't "overdry", which on occasion means your clothes are still a bit damp, but it's rare, again irritating! A bit pricey, but it's attractive!

I'm enjoy my dryer, the features give you many options on how you want to dry your clothes....very satisfied with my purchase.

The laundry is clean after the wash and the dry time is very quick. I used to dread doing laundry before...now it's a breeze.

Perfect for my needs; has just the right number of cycle options. Love the steam function for getting out wrinkles.

Overall I really like my experience with my dryer I’ve had it over 1 year now. And so far has not given me a problem.

The machine is working great. The delivery people were in too big of a hurry and did not get the machine level.

Satisfied with the set up of washer and dryer. Only con is the doors to the washer and dryer are palstic. I hope they hold up.

I bought a Samsung toploader but couldn't get it properly leveled. Exchanged for this and I couldn't be happier.
