    We purchased the dryer after reading several reviews. The dryer was back-ordered so it was not available for delivery for several weeks. The Samsung dryer was very quiet when it was originally installed by Best Buy crew who were great to work with, even allowed us to clean the floor after the old washer and dryer were removed from the utility room. The warranty was12 months but only 15 months into our ownership the dryer started making noise and stopped heating. The dryer had to be repaired and since then it is not as quiet as it was before.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
