We previously owned a Samsung dryer, and purchased the Blake Tie warranty. The dryer completely stopped working a month before our five years was up. Best Buy came through and delivered this model, which is similar. One thing that drives me crazy is the rediculous tune that plays instead of a bell or ringer. It goes on for way too long! That's my only complaint so far.

We are new to this dryer but are very happy with it so far. We really like the "wrinkle-away" feature because we don't always get to the dryer as soon as its done. We like are the various features and are anxious to learn more about them.

Haven't gotten to try out the steamer yet, though I intend on doing that within the next month. But the dryer is very effecient. I have not had to redry clothes once. And the tumbler helps to prevent any creases or wrinkles.

What's cute about the dryer is when the laundry is done. It has this cute, catchy tune. The dryer had many different cycles, including steam cycle. It came with a steam rack as well. I love that you can do eco dry.

This dryer is a thousand times better than my old one. It has a timer, so I know exactly when it will be done. Also it really gets the clothes dry and the lint trap is amazingly easy to clean out.

I compared this model vs the 5400, 5200 and 5000 series from samsung, by far this the best bang for the buck. I would recommend go with this model. However this is definitely larger in size too.

We were shopping for another top load washer and dryer set but were recommended to spend a little more on this front load set. We are very pleased with this dryer and the matcing washer too!

Overall the dryer is good. My teenage son used the dryer to remove the wrinkles to his shirt and he used the steam setting. Needless to say I'm disappointed that it left the T-shirt wet. I don't think this really works!

Love, love love! No more shrunken work sweaters!!! Finally a dryer with capacity to match the washer. Have not tried the steam feature yet, but the wrinkle release works great.

Three weeks after purchase, this dryer is the best unit we've owned. We always use "slow and low" dryer settings. This achieves a slow dry, which minimizes shrink effect.

This is a wonderful dryer. I especially love the shoe rack to dry my kids shoes and the wrinkle release setting is amazing!!! No ironing for me! Love!

Purchased this as a open box item even though it was new. Got a great price and it works flawlessly. Unbelievable that there are no wrinkles!

Matches my washer. Has a refresh feature so if you forget your clothes for a long time you can still get rid of those unwanted wrinkles.

I bought this dryer and was not so sure about the brand but it has been really amazing.

this has a lot of setting for all different types of clothes / has great steam cycle / and a refresh cycle

Get the pedestal sits way to low without it, other that that I absolutely love my washer an dryer.

The wrinkle prevent option is wonderful and i like the rack for drying cleats!
