Great replacement for our two decades old machine.

I bought this dryer and so far it has done its job without issues.

Lot better than last style. I dry's the cloth very well.

It does a decent job and looks good. However, I don't like the preset cycles since clothes often came out damp. The moisture sensor might needs improvement. However, I've been setting my own cycles and it worked just fine.

I love my front load dryer! It does a great job and I like that it doesn't turn off right away, it will stop and start to keep your clothes from getting wrinkled and it keeps chiming to remind you. More settings than you need but I like that it is easy to use and not confusing. Also my husband likes that it is easy to read. We tried another brand and he didn't like it the way it lit up. It was too hard for him to read.

Seems to take longer to dry then what I thought that it would but I'm happy with it so far

Well after two years the dryer has broken. It won't stop running unless you unplug it from the wall. Despite the shinny 10 year warranty sticker on the front of the Samsung product this repair is not covered. Repair is going to be over $200 dollars and no dryer for two weeks for a family of 4 with two active boys. Would not buy Samsung again.

Granted my previous dryer was old but had spent money keeping it running. My older dryer had gotten to where it took 3 hours for a load of towels...this one in just ONE HOUR! I've had this dryer for two months...LOVE all the features!!! It's got many features and you really need to check them all out! One I haven't tried yet but plan to is refreshing the stuffed animals. Really impressed with this dryer and love that the part that needs water (specific option) just feeds automatically/directly from the washer instead of having to carry water to add to the dryer.

I have issues with sheets and large items tangling and not drying property.

I love Samsung products and have several products and appliances of there. Had one of the first front load designs, but left it behind when sold my house. This one is also great, love the gray color. I use several of the cycles, and the bedding one is great at drying bulky blankets and comforters. The alarm is extremely long and annoying though. And the dryer turns off after each cycle, so that if you are drying another load immediately following, you have to wait for it to turn off, then turn it back on to choose your cycle. Not a huge deal, but annoying.

I love this product, however, I probably should have bought it from Lowes as I intended to begin with. The main reason we purchased this item from Best Buy was because of their 5% back in rewards promotions....yet, over a month later, I haven't seen a single point added to my account, even after calling customer service twice.

We have been using this dryer for over a month and are really happy with our choice. As a user, you need not set the time for dyring but with its sensing technology, it knows when to stop. The cooling cycle after drying reduces the moisture, due to which the clothes are dry even if removed hours after drying.

Purchased this item, once delivered, rack was missing. Contacted Independence store where purchased and received no help, was told I would have to call Samsung and purchase one even though it was suppose to come with dryer, drove to Lees' Summit store, and young lady sat right down looked into computer and ordered one for me at no charge. I really appreciate their help. I really love my dryer, only wanted the missing item that I originally puirchased.

Finally, a dryer that will finish its cycle within 10 minutes of the washer finishing its cycle! Dries super quickly, to a complete dry! I'm very impressed. Haven't tried the steam feature yet, but I'm sure it would. Also, it alerts you when the dryer vent is plugged, very helpful. The lint catcher is a unique shape that catches more lint and has better airflow (which I think is helpful to the quick dry time). All in all great machine!

Just a few months in and so far so good. Not difficult to add the steam feature to a water supply. Took me a minute to figure out how to empty the lint trap but I do love that it seems to catch more then just the flat screen as I don't really see any lint outside by the external vent.

I'm amazed at all of these great reviews. I have a lot of tumble dry low clothing, and there is no tumble dry low setting on this dryer! How could that be possible!?! The only one is for wool and it's a 20 minute cycle. I'm also not thrilled that many of the settings can't be used together. For instance, there is no wrinkle prevent on the delicate setting (which is the only one that I can use since there's no low setting) and various other settings. Also, I had the installer switch the door to the other side, but there is an issue with the top screw that holds the door in place. So, only the bottom screw is holding the door in place. He says that this is a common issue. I think I'm going to return this.

I tried it for the first load and the clothes came out dry but I couldn't feel the heat that usually left on clothes. Is that normal? This is my first samsung steam dryer product and I feel a bit weird when the clothes completely cold right after drying.

It's been Little more than 3 months since we bought this unit. Let me say that our previous cheap Maytang was doing much better washing /drying than this new tech, 50 options washing machine. Washing machine doesn't do even a simple basic cleaning functions. If you load it halfway or more, it doesn't clean and at the end of cycle cloth stinks. We had our laundry room flooded once from this unit too. Dryer doesn't heat up good or doesn't dry cloths per expectations. We had geek squad already at home 4 times and they always seem to find something wrong but can't repair it fully. This purchase has been a nightmare, we made a mistake buying Samsung product.

Absolute workhorse. Daily loads varying from delicates to athletic to heavy outdoor gear - works well. Efficient.
