I haven't had any issues at all since I got it. I have ran probably 20 loads through it so far and no issues. I also dryed a plush king size blanket, which came out perfectly.

A perfect one for our needs. No need to buy any costlier than this one. I have not used half of its features till date and I dont think I will ever use them. Its perfect for single family. So far, I have not run into issues. Hope it works for years

I got this dryer as a set. It is wonderful drys quickly. It is very quite. The steam dry is great for no wrinkles have come to really enjoy that. It a very Great Machine..

A quality product with great display layout. Control panel is sloped for easy viewing. Drum is stainless steel to reduce wear and tear on clothes. Great finish and design.

Seems to dry fine using regular drying function. We threw one dry wrinkled shirt in there and tried wrinkle away steam cycle, the shirt came out SOAKED. I need to read how to use the operation. Maybe I wasn't filling the instructions correctly.

So far so good - lots of extras that haven't been fully used yet but happy with purchase. Gets the job done quickly and easy to use. Look great too! Love the charcoal!

only thing is did not hold my king size comforter and had to go back to store and get a bigger dryer. Store sales man said this one would hold it but it did not.

This dryer has so many cycle options. So many it took a while to figure them all out! It holds a large load and is perfect for daily use!

I'm extremely happy with this appliance. So many options! It's great, especially after you learn how to silence the finished jingle/alarm.

TheSamsung 13cuft electric dryer has killer looks and body. Is very quiet is the feature I loved the most. It's been a month since I bought and iam completely satisfied. The guys who delivered the dryer were professionals knew their job. They installed it showed it to me that it's working and took the packing material with them. Awesome.

Maybe it's that the washer we replaced with this unit was never properly balanced, but this unit is very stable even at full spin.

Great washer. Can handle big load of laundry. Only downside was that the delivery guys didn't complete the install which was paid for.

A large dryer with a lot of room. It is large enough to dry a comforter and high efficiency so it doesn't use a lot of energy.
