I found a youtube video of someone not installing it right, allowing us to see how to do it right. This has many features such as steam that I haven't even used yet. It works great and my only issue is the fact that it isn't completely smart as I was told it was. This requires a smart things adapter to connect to wifi and functionality is limited to seeing the drying time left.
