Nice looking dryer. But sheet always seem to become a ball inside. I always have to unravel them.

Great for large loads. It handles large loads like a champ, no need for multiple loads!

The dryer itself is actually pretty good and it may seem unfair to rate it as low as I did for the fact that the smart feature has been pretty much useless to me, but please keep in mind, that feature alone is what drove me to purchase this unit. There was quite a premium for that feature as well, and I'm extremely disappointed in it. Let me elaborate on the issues. First, its not very clear that you have to purchase a wifi adapter for this device to get online. An additional $25 later and this unit will still not connect properly to Samsung's terrible excuse of a smart app, Smart Home. Ironically enough, Smartthings (which Samsung bought) can often see the dryer even though Smart Home can't. Its mind boggling. Bottom line is, if you want to see how smart this device will be, simply look at the reviews of Smart Home. Until that improves, spending the extra money on this smart feature is money down the drain.

Bought a new one after having mine for years!!!! so far its been great! hoping to keep it for a long term!!

The dryer is a great one to have. My only issue I had was getting it installed correctly by the 3rd party that was to convert to LP instead of natural gas. Ended up getting a friend to install for me. If you purchase just make sure you know who is installing. The gentlemen I talked to at my local store was great in helping me with all the issues I had.

It seems that the clothes are cleaner and softer. I am extremely satisfied with it.

We replaced our 30-year old gas dryer with this Samsung dryer. It does a wonderful job with our various types of clothes. Still learning about all the options. Very efficient and intuitive. Love the online simulation. Can't beat the Best Buy price and service. Be sure to check the size of your gas supply line to get the right hose and/or adapter. Overall, great dryer!!

Dryer stops drying when it assumes your cloths are dry.

After several months of using the machine, I have not seen any issues yet. There are a lot of features that I have not had a chance to use the yet. We use quite of few load per weeks and notice my electric bill goes up a lot.

This dryer exceeds expectations. The settings are easy to navigate and there are plenty of options. I love the Wrinkle Away setting. When I'm in a pinch, I just pop in the wrinkled item and when the cycle is complete I'm good to go.

Wow. Had been big fan of Samsung. Salesperson upsold my wife to the world's most expensive washer / dryer combo and the dryer died 3 months after the warranty expired. Avoid at all costs. Incredibly disappointing. will never purchase from Samsung again

Love the wrinkle release feature. Works wonders. Dryer has many different cycles to choose from. The ones I’ve used, I’m happy with.

Have had to replace the poorly constructed belt-tensioner wheel three times ($65 part plus 2 hours labor) due to cheap plastic parts and a terribly loud noise every time it starts to go bad.

It takes a long time to dry the clothes. It would be nice if there was a way to make the light stay on longer.
