The machine options cover most of my needs and when needed I can adjust settings. The spin cycle does a great job of leaving clothes damp so that drying time is reduced. It is a great buy for the price point: looks good and works efficiently.

Dryer works well. Have to make adjustments to the settings though if you want your clothes to come out 100% dry. The Dryness function defaults at a medium setting. The lint trap can be tricky to open but otherwise satisfied with purchase

I appreciated the changes you have made to your whole house service agreement that diagnostic visits are now included in the agreement. The tech that verified what I already believed (that my previous stackable washer/dryer was not salvageable) was very knowledgeable. My space for a new washer/dryer was problematic in terms of space but we worked out a very satisfactory solution - one that would allow me in the future to unstack the combo when planned renovations to the space is complete. After looking over the site, I followed the tech back to the store and ordered Samsung stackable washer/dryer. It was installed 15 days later right before Christmas. I love the new set!

So far I’ve been using this dryer along with the matching washer and I must say it’s been working wonderfully. It’s been almost a month since I made this purchase and started using this product and it does not disappoint. For the price I recommend this efficient machine.

I like the wrinkle prevention feature. Love the color. I do not stack mine now but think it would be a great space saver option. I love samsung products.

For the most part, I like this dryer, as I had to buy a new one that could stack for my new place. I haven't had a chance or need to use the wrinkle free setting or the steam--but know I will need both, as I work in a professional setting and have two small boys! What I do not like, is (from what I can tell), the only setting I can change the heat temperature is permanent press, which is beyond annoying because I generally use, normal, quick dry, or heavy duty. I feel if I had known or learned about the lack of heat temperature adjustment options I would not have picked this dryer--but as I said, for the most part I like it and I'll live with it (and I'm sure I'll forget all about the irritation at some point).

So far so good. Excellent dryer with great looks. Only thing is the installation deserved to be proper first time. Smelled gas leak, but BB sent technician to fix and fine now.

The new washer & dryer set looks great! Both units seem easy to operate. The delivery & installation "team" was fantastic! Plus the items were in stock and received quickly.

they wash and dry the clothes real good! The only problem was the best buy credit card we used to purchase them, a staggering 27 percent APR. OUCH!!! WE WILL NEVER USE THIS CARD AGAIN.

I love how quietly it runs. I could do without the little tune it plays, but I feel like it was definitely a great purchase. Very efficient. And will handle a large item like a comforter with no issue.

This is my second Samsung dryer and I am very happy with it. Last time I went with the larger top of the line model and I have to say I miss some of the settings but over all it is great.

Its very nice to have a matching washer and dryer it looks good pretty high tech and it's heavy for a dryer. But overall I am very happy with Samsung Products they actually good and reasonable prices also.

Have had these for about 6 months and love the washer and dryer set. They are quiet and do a great job of washing. The sanitize option is great as well when needed. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a very quiet dryer compared to my last. I like the multiple options, but just make sure you don’t try to dry towels and light clothing at the same time. It sometimes is unable to do the towels completely.

Easy to install and it makes no noise at all love my new dryer it’s fancy with the digital screen i had my old fryer for years so it was old school but I’m in love with my new dryer and the color is elegant

It is a great dryer and easy to use, I appreciate that it plays a melody when the cycle has completed allowing me to remove clothes before tje get wrinkle, it is also Bluetooth capable.

Love this dryer not only did it bring out the beauty of my kitchen it also makes no sound as it is turned on or dries plus I love the song that chimes when it stops omg it is one of my best investments.

only had it a couple of weeks, but I like it. not sure if I will ever use the steam function. some of the settings seem a bit restrictive, but it might be that I just need to get used to it.
