The only problem with the one star less was due to the delivery problem which took them three times to reschedule. The delivery team was supposed to give us a 30-minute heads up but they never did and wasted so much time to reschedule with their phone system. BestBuy beware! you will lose more customers if still retain this delivery team.

I really like the new technology, and the steam feature that it has. As a lazy male, now when I forget to put my clothes in the dryer, I can use the steam feature so they don't come out smelling like they're still dirty. Anyting to promote and help my lazy Ways, is money well spent.

We bought a new gas dryer to go with the new washer we bought earlier. At the time we bought the dryer we wanted one to match our washer. The associate helping us told us that our purchases did not come in pairs so we bought a stackable dryer that was at least the same color. Later in looking on line we discovered that our washer and dryer DO come in pairs! So now we have mismatched appliances. Looking at that every day now reminds us of two things. We have gone from absolute fans of Best Buy and TotalTech to realizing that we need to be much more cautious and we need to comparison shop to avoid another incident like this one. We also know we were far too trusting of the knowledge and expertise of Best Buy associates.
