The only problem i have had is the moisture sensor. I had a comforter in it and it kept turning off saying it was already dry when in fact it was still a little wet.

Now I adjust the heat up to near max and put the dryness all the way up to max and that finally gave me warm dry clothes at the end of the cycle.

Had to make several trips because your stores were out even though we were told it was in stock so I was forced to go to Home Depot. It should have been included. Disappointing. Sincerely Debbie

Things like jeans sometimes around the pockets will still be wet. Have to really mess with settings to get clothes dry without shrinking them. Found using the timer setting helps so you can set a low or medium heat and set the timer to a high setting.

It takes around 45 minutes for a normal dry cycle but does not seem to burn my dark clothes. Easy set up and installation but do yourself a favor and get the base so you're not leaning over so much to get the clothes out.

I would advise those when purchasing this unit to take into account the diameter of the gas exhaust to ensure it fits into your laundry closet. I have to remove my laundry closet door after adding in that exhaust pipe. The unit itself is great, intuitive in its use.

Don't have any complaints how it runs. As for the outside. I wish it had stainless steel door, not the black. This way it would match my washer.
