I was hesitant because so many people say bad things about an appliance after one issue but overall it’s a dryer and it works! Great heat, I have it stacked and at 5’7 I can easily reach the buttons at the top!

There is a know defect with Samsung Dryers where the drum in the dryer cracks through normal use (just do a good search for cracked drum in Samsung dryer to see many, many similar stories). The dryer is basically unusable when it happens. I've had my dryer for 27 months (warranty is 24 months) and Samsung wants $600 to fix it. There are class action lawsuits about this issue and I'm going to sue them as well. Samsung does not stand behind their products even when defective

Excellent dryer

The dry er had an issue with making a strange noise and I called Best Buy and they replaced the new dryer with no problem. Excellent dryer and excellent service!

I had a Samsung electric dryer in my old home which I loved. I just bought a new house and had to order a gas dryer. I must say, this is definitely not the same quality. I bought the matching washing machine and have no complaints about that but this dryer does not dry properly. I let it run for the full time on a normal cycle but some items were still damp. The same cycle in my electric dryer was perfect. I’m not sure if this is a problem with this particular model or if my machine has a defect.

As usual, he helped us pick the products that would work best for our situation. The Samsung washer and dryer are performing nicely. We're still in a learning curve and continue to try new features. The Whirlpool refrigerator is exactly what we needed

Not sure if the steam option is necessary, but gets the job done well. Only thing is the dryer doesn’t dry full so I have to open it up and spread out what’s still wet, but still will stop and leave some things a little damp.

And Yes I am totally happy with my set. 100% recommend the brand and model. Did not give 5 stars, because nobody or all items are perfect.

It’s taking me a little to get used to the different settings. It’s really low to the floor which I don’t like so we are going to have to get a drawer for below it. So far I like it.

This washer and dryer has all the bells and whistles. It makes everyone in our house want to do laundry. The delivery team came out twice. They were pleasant and helpful each time.

I haven't tried out all the different settings yet. I like the size and the light inside the dryer is a nice feature. The delivery guys were very nice and walked me thru the settings.

But it seems to work as advertised, no issues. Fits stacked on the washer in a standard Chicago laundry closet, but it was a really tight fit. Anything bigger and I would have had to send it back
