We looked at the newer models with all the bells and whistles. Would have loved the integrated WiFi and connected features but it’s really more a techie want than a need

Laundry can come out crisp from over drying, even with the sensor on. Build offers to swap the door but in doing so it breaks the cheap aluminum offsets inside and you can't attach the door to either side. The sensor only works on auto dry makes it a downgrade when the previous model would work on all. No way to turn off the alarm that plays a national anthem.

Repairs are very expensive. Samsung is comparable quality, quieter, uses less water and power. We are very happy with this purchase.

Loose gas connection caused dangerous leak! Store manager made amends. Hope delivery man/ installer didn't make same mistake on other installations!

Very quiet and many settings for different fabrics. There are more expensive dryers out there, but so far this has been a great unit.

The default dry setting for "normal" leaves the contents just slightly damp, so I usually bump it up to "more dry". It is very quiet and very easy to use.

It does dry, I have a propane home and it feels sometimes that I need to run more than 2 cycle to dry linens.

Luckily this time it was someone else I should of got her name. Also the delivery guys were nice also.

I had good experience with dishwasher and microwave, yet terrible experience with washer and dryer. It was not for the store personnel, but for the delivery situation. I would give 5 stars to Maria Morales at Canoga Park store and less that 1 to delivery. My saga is going back to beginning of October and hopefully just ended 2 days ago. It is way to long to describe all the issues and if someone would like to know more detail, I will be happy to share over the phone or email.

Always buy a warranty. this one has been great but the one it replaced, we didnt purchase the warranty and had to replace it just a few years later
