This had a lot of features, We were upgrading from our LG to this gas version. But takes a lot of time to dry. Had to run multiple cycles. returned the product and got an LG again. We are happy with the LG.

This Item was recommended to us at purchase. I usually buy Brasscraft gas connectors at Lowes or HD. However, the sales person was admen we use the bestbuy brand. On day of installation, the crew members arrived 1hr late & my appliances had been unboxed for some odd reason. I asked them why & they said "We don't know, we are not bestbuy!" i had no productive response at that point... needless to say, the installation was slow, frustrating & confusing. Once it was all done, i asked if they could turn the appliances on to ensure the install was done correctly... they turned on & the smell of gas was quite strong. Best buy installers mentioned it was "normal" for this to happen and should go away on our 2-3rd use of the dryer. I knew this could not be right so i said "thank you" and just wanted them out. We called our utility company and they confirmed that the gas install was improperly installed & that the installers forgot to add plumbers tape to all fittings. This was an expensive nightmare of a purchase and we will never use bestbuy again for any major appliances.

Well Samsung is an amazing product and the sales rep that helped me with the purchase was very nice and informed, Unfortunately, for me that just started a month long nightmare! My first delivery date was cancelled due to a snow storm, sad but understandable. However, my 2nd delivery date was a joke. The deliverers arrived and said my dishwasher (purchased at best buy) wasn't going to fit and they couldn't deliver the washer and dryer because they didn't have the stacking kit. For crying out loud! Now it gets even better. The third delivery date was cancelled by best buy with absolutely no reason or notice to me, I found out it was cancelled by calling AFTER THE DELIVERY WINDOW OF 6 HOURS HAD PAST!!!!!!! Now as if that wasn't enough there's more. The 4th delivery window came and the following ensued: -The dishwasher was installed without any issues (obviously the first delivery folks just didn't want to do the install<sigh>) -They couldn't install the washer and dryer where I wanted them because they didn't have long enough hoses <sigh>. I had them install them where it would fit which is incredibly irritating and now I have to have them re-installed where I wanted them. -They didn't tighten the gas correctly and I ended up having to call the fire department and Centerpoint energy out to address and fix the gas leak ( I could have died!!!!!) - My steam kit wasn't added!!!! Even though I told my rep at best buy that was what attracted me to the model I picked. -My stacking kit still wasn't delivered!!!! In the end my overall rating is less than 0 stars even though the review is forcing me to choose a star. I have been buying product from best buy for over 3o years and have NEVER HAD A MORE NIGHTMARISH EXPERINCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this washer/dryer. The washer is fine, but the dryer although properly vented, makes my entire apartment feel like a furnace. Astonishingly enough, the clothes are still damp after that. I called Best Buy and because I had it delivered on 10/9 and today is 10/28, I'm out of luck because I'm 6 days past the 15 day return period so that's the last thing I'll buy from them!

This dryer works very well! It is nice looking. It does take a little longer to dry though.

My old dryer was taking two cycles to get things done. This new dryer has consistently dried all my clothes in one cycle. It has modes for all kinds of loads, which helps save energy. It doesn't solve the problem of fitted sheets getting balled up and not drying, but it handles everything else we throw at it.

haven't figured out how to get the clothes to dry 100% some things comp out damp. I'm pretty sure it's in the settings somewhere

Very good dryer! Bought it for my first house. Would highly recommend it!

We purchased this dryer about a month ago and returned it because we hoped we had received a bad unit. On various settings it was taking multiple cycles to dry. We got our new unit a few days ago and the same issues are present. Today's test was a small load of towels. Highest temperature settings took approximately 2 hours to dry the load. My expectation was that 1 hour would get the job done, but it wasn't even close. I am writing this review in hopes that someone from Samsung will reach out. We have a Samsung washer and need to have a dryer so that we can stack them. I am hopeful that there is something that can be done to make this one work better or I can get advice on which model will dry faster. We have 5 children, so spending this much time to dry things is not feasible. If nothing can be done or they don't have a better product to meet our needs, this will be going back too and we will be finding another brand to use.
