Really very happy with the performance of this unit. Excellent set of options either pre-programed or via the timer. Unfortunately the unit was poorly installed by the Best Buy contractor resulting in the need to call out the Gas Company who located and corrected 2 gas leaks,

My old dryer was still working but started making a rubbing sound so I decided to buy this new Samsung Dryer. I like it , it is very high tech and works much better and quieter than my old whirlpool. I am very pleased with this new dryer. And I also got a 5 year additional warranty

It is a Vvery silent dryer, easy to use and perfect dryer

Great dryer, it’s very easy to use and does the job. This dryer also steams, so you don’t have to take all your clothes to the cleaners. Unless you need them steam pressed or you just like taking them to the cleaners instead. The price is high, but I was trying to match it with my washer

I bought this item to match the washer, which I bought bc my Samsung top loader had many issues and recalls. Despite this I’m still a proud owner of Samsung and enjoy their product. This dryer is amazing for the price. Steam function is my favorite out of all of it. Would highly recommend this product for the price and quality.

Absolutely love it does a great job and easy to use

It’s musical and plays a song when it starts and stops. Quiet and efficient. The delivery was a problem and the installers scratched the glass. The machine turns off if you lean against the buttons. Don’t try to fold clothes on top of the machine while it’s running.

After 15 years or more, it was time to replace our high efficiency gas dryer. Much has changed. Dryer technology now includes a steam function. Yeah, I had to look it up. This dryer also has a greater capacity and the run time is shorter!

This is a great dryer. It has a bunch of settings to control time and temperature. It seems to dry more quickly than our last dryer. The only thing I don't like is the very long chime at the end, that can get kind of annoying. But the dryer itself works great!

My clothes come out well. When the dryer is done, it makes this chime. My only problem with this thing is the lint tray. It’s so hard to remove the lint from it. You literally have to have little Barbie hands to scoop the lint.

Love the machine. The delivery and setup was a mess, and we won't buy from the Outlet store in Lynnwood anymore, but the machine is great. Love the steam setting and it is quite and efficient. Great value overall.

This is out 2nd Samsung dryer. We had to leave the last one when we sold our condo and we purchased the same one for our new place. We really like the Steam function on this machine and use it a lot to freshen items.

Ordering, delivery, and installation was a breeze! Even though our laundry room is on the 2nd floor, our delivery men had no issues getting it up and installed quickly. Dryer is great and efficient. The sanitize mode is great for baby and work clothes

Apparently my ex-wife is still linked to my account which is sweet for me. I know her "handyman" broke her last dryer and she's so rich she bought this new washer/dryer set. From what I can tell our son's clothes are clean so I say it works as advertised.

The dryer works well so far. The chime to alert that it is finished is quite long and a bit annoying as a result. The dryer also will turn off prematurely sometimes due to the moisture sensor. Otherwise, it has worked well.
