    Beautiful appliance, but it will not get hot or completely dry clothes. It leave them damp or takes 2 hours to get clothes dry.

    I've only had the dryer about a month now, but it seems to work well. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the warranty was not very long.

    we got it installed in April 2023 in our new home and it stopped working in aug 2025 in few months after the 2year membership benefit. This was expensive piece and should have lasted much longer ..horrible

    The initial one received was damaged, the drum in the dryer did not work, I waited almost 2 months for the replacement. Huge disappointment... The second one was wired incorrectly.
