    It’s very beautiful to look at! But on several occasions it couldn’t dry what I would define as a standard load. Expect at least 1-2hrs. I’d say look elsewhere.

      This FlexDry™ dryer features the upper dryer and the lower dryer for your convenience. The upper dryer is a top load dryer that is designed to dry relatively small loads while the lower dryer is a drum loader you can use to dry normal or relatively heavy loads.

    We bought it in July 2023. As soon as manufacture warranty expired it broke and won't turn on any longer. Still 2 stars since as long as it did work it was phenomenal: quiet and quick.

    BUYER BEWARE STOPS WORKING AFTER A FEW USES

    I would give this ZERO stars if I could. I only do laundry once or twice a month to not waste water. This dryer has only been used a handful of times and will not dry my clothes.. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by Best Buy and Samsung. It was working completely fine at first then it started giving me an error message saying the drying sensor is not working and shuts off immediately after starting a load. Best Buy is trying to charge me a service repair fee of an upwards of $500 for a defective product THEY SOLD ME. and Samsung was also zero help. This product is supposedly under warranty for 12 months and I only Purchased it 3 months ago. And they are giving me the run around with these repair companies they keep assigning me to that never reach out to make an appointment and I also cannot get a hold of them. I want a refund this item sucks! Do not waste your money!

    Faulty equipment. Not working properly.

    We have been having issues with this dryer since day 1. We called Best Buy and they sent a technician. He said that the sensors needed to be replaced because the machine kept stopping and saying that the garments were dry. The sensors were replaced and now the machine is worse. Now it stops every 2 minutes and then keeps going and then eventually after a few minutes it will fully stop and say that everything is dry and it is not. I don't blame Best Buy at all for the quality of this set but I strongly believe that they could do a better job at replacing or giving me even store credit. I have been a Best Buy customer for almost 20 years now. Well there is always a first time for everything.

    Absolutely horrible. Received a defective product from the very beginning and then it took an additional 4 tries with each weekend having a new unit delivered with a different issue. The delivery person even told me that these units have been having a lot of issues and that a lot of customers were returning these (and went ahead and suggested getting an LG preferably from the manufacturer). I have contacted customer support over 10 times now and keep getting a call center that promises to provide some sort of compensation for the issues and it's been a battle of over 2 months with nothing to show for it. I regret keeping these rather than taking the driver's advice.

    Two units with the same problem

    I am going on my THIRD unit. The top door doesn't close completely. First unit had about a 6mm on the front right corner. Second unit had about a 2mm on the front right corner. The door is always miss aligned it tends to be pushing to the right causing the gap. Unfortunately they keep wanting new units to be send, instead of having a tech come out and fix it. Guess shipping is cheap these days Samsung is now sending a third unit. I am NOT hopeful.

    It's been broke for 3 months. Samsung will not guarantee their products. They blame it on Best buy and it is not. Best buy's fault. A new set, not even a year old

    Crack and a Scratch

    Delivery was nice. However, Best Buy delivered it with a crack and a scratch on the front control panel. Appears to work as intended and probably small enough to not be worth getting a new one, but jarring flaws on a otherwise spotless new appliance.
