May not be worth the hassle

Poor Dryer Machine and Worst Best Buy Service

To ensure you're performing the proper troubleshooting steps, ensure the exhaust hood outside your home can open and close freely, and we recommend cleaning the lint filter.

The husband and I are very happy with this product, he actually enjoy doing laundry with this machine all the time. LoL Also love the app notifying you when it’s ready, the only issue is that because the machine is in our basement, with some wood working tools and when using, it’s like a dust magnet but other than that we have no regret buying. Definitely worth it.

Open box washer and dryer damaged before delivery.

Both had zero damage in the store. Set up a delivery date which was subsequently pushed back a week. When they finally arrived theee was significant damage. Refused delivery and had a experience with customer service regarding the simulation. Took quite a while to get the charges removed.
