    I bought this and the washer I wrote a review for the washer. They are trashes. Samsung refused cover the expensive repair on it.

    I haven’t used it yet, 2 weeks after delivery, because the washer install is STILL incomplete. It may be worth the purchase but I wouldn’t know because I haven’t used it yet

    Poor Machine. Never worked since yesterday when it delivered. Best Buy has poor customer Service. They asked me return the machine and not ready to replace new machine.

    So far so good. The husband and I are very happy with this product, he actually enjoy doing laundry with this machine all the time. LoL Also love the app notifying you when it’s ready, the only issue is that because the machine is in our basement, with some wood working tools and when using, it’s like a dust magnet but other than that we have no regret buying. Definitely worth it.

    I have only had it for about 2 weeks and everything seems to be working fine. Does seem to take a little longer to dry and the dry sense seems to leave the clothes a little damp.

    One of the very bad purchase i ever made, this product is never work properly always issues with hardware and the worst part is Best buy can't do anything even though we have plans on this.

    Open box washer and dryer damaged before delivery.

    Extremely poor customer service. Purchased open box washer and dryer set from the Beaverton store. Both had zero damage in the store. Set up a delivery date which was subsequently pushed back a week. When they finally arrived theee was significant damage. Refused delivery and had a experience with customer service regarding the simulation. Took quite a while to get the charges removed.
